I mean, the legionaries here are wiping the floor with expert soldiers with millenia's worth of technological advantages. And the centurion is on a horse.
Eh, I think I can see the point. It should have an attack bonus vs cavalry (given most of the Spanish conquest accounts describing how it easily skewered horses), but I guess they gave it an anti-infantry bonus so it doesn't overlap with the Eagle Warrior.
