Bleed Out - the single, is based on the story of a woman in Iran who was murdered because she refused to wear a hijab - Mahsa Amini. We explore the wider theme of shedding light on individuals oppressed by regimes that wield power to suppress their citizens and dismantle societies in the process. By raising awareness around social issues such as the plight of those oppressed by oppressive regimes, we aim to shed light on the inherent strength and resilience of individuals who stand up against injustice.

Now knowing the meaning of the song, the video makes a ton more sense. With the evil control figure with chains to the members having their faces covered and uncovered. Brilliant work by Within Temptation and their production team.

Within Temptation is one of those bands that are better live than on the record. Their live shows are just incredible.

They are so good live, one of my favourite songs from the Mother Earth album is Caged. When they did that in Manchester UK it was awesome, I get Kate Bush vibes with that song.

The vocal track layering is huge! They will have to use backing tracks to do this live. Sharon must have at least 8 tracks of backing vocals on this. Nothing wrong with that. The sound must be duplicated live.

@@DaneBramageROCKS Both. An AI did the main work. You can tell by the washed-out style. A human team then did the fine work. That was over a hundred hours if I remember correctly.
