You are just a doll ! Just saw you with your sisters but I need to finish watching it. I didn't want to miss your channel so I can start watching it. My daughters name is Andrea!!
We invested in a 20 needle machine as we are a commercial workwear comoany. Honestly...there really is no need for a 20 needle machine, we wouldnt get another one. 15 needle max and thats if you even get designs that are needing that many different colours.
my small machines go up to 5x7 in, but i only use the 4x4 in hoops. (also they are SB7900e, not PE800. 😄) and yes i use those the most probably - we have 5! and then my big machines go up to 8x8 in!
Are you able to embroider baseball caps with the single needle arm machine? I really want to make hats but from what I understand you can’t use a hat hoop on the single needle flat machines..
I’m halfway through the video and I didn’t hear anything about the title of the video so far. Only the story on how she did it, from whom she bought the machines and what kind of machines. Not going to watch the second half.
Hi there. I currently have an Embroidery business. I have a store. People just bring in their own things for me to embroider. I am wanting to transition to exclusively online. I have been looking at wholesalers etc. When a customer orders from you, you then order from your wholesaler? Is it a quick turn around from them? Is their shipping expensive? How do you offset your cost with the customer for your shipping to them and the shipping you have to pay to the wholesaler?
hi there! totally depends on the wholesaler - we use alphabroder and they ship fast and cheap. they also have a pretty wide array of items available. i like them a lot. we usually are able to get free shipping, but i would build it into the price of the item if we were consistently paying for shipping items to us.
Is there a place I can private message you or you can email me and I can respond. I have several questions. I don’t want to bug you lol. You are the most informative place I have found for info!!
Dont want to be rude, but 16 mins in and I dont really know the cost to start a business like this one... you're jumping to one subjet to an other... Best of luck for your business tough. It seems nice.
Makes sense to me! Maybe you should watch the whole video. Info is not always in the beginning of a video or even the first half. I found it very informative

Aww fun!
I am doing only hats and bags so thanks for telling me I need to spend more and get an arm embroidery machine

Great video ❤ I started my machine embroidery journey on a 4x4 Brother SE625.
The Bai 15-needle machines are about $5k. Plus, they sell on Amazon and have a Facebook group. Lots of RUclips videos with reviews too.
Thank you so much for this informative video. It is very timely and I am looking into starting an embroidery business. 😊
Wonderful! glad it was helpful and best of luck 🤩
Thanks for the video.
How many machines do you have, what hoop sizes and which brand?
i sew with 8 machines - all brother, all single needle. i have 5 that go up to 5x7 inches, but i only use the 4x4 hoops, and 3 that go up to 8x8!
What size hoops are your machines? Do you still use the PE800 machine for your business?

This is such good info. Thanks!

@@kimriddle2 yes! send me an email at info@andreavehige.com :)
Alphabroder seems very pricey. Is the price they show not the bulk price?
@@KathleenBellDreamingofDIYI agree. I just saw. Very pricey.
Thanks for sharing!
❤ great information
Glad it was helpful!
How do you even get a machine provider guy??
i buy brother machines, and you can look up authorized retailers on their site! i’m sure you can do the same with most brands. :)

Don’t want to be rude! But I think it’s her OWN video so she can speak pretty much about anything she wants and as long as she wants 🤔

Right, but the point if her video is to help people understand about starting an embroidery business, so he’s giving feedback.
Too chatty… get to the point with all due respect
