  • Neuroplasticity is the idea that your brain can “rewire” itself in response to a variety of factors-including negative ones, like chronic illness and trauma. The Dynamic Neural Retraining System (DNRS) allows us to correct those patterns and heal. In this episode of Revolution Health Radio, I talk with Annie Hopper about how to use DNRS to correct chronic disease patterns in your brain and regain your health.
    In this episode, we discuss:
    -How Annie’s health journey inspired her to start DNRS
    -The limbic system and neuroplasticity
    -What causes limbic system impairment
    -How to tell if you have a limbic system impairment
    -How DNRS works
    -Retraining your brain with the acronym
    -IMAGINEThe difference between DNRS, psychotherapy, and mindfulness
    -How you can try DNRS

    This type of information is vital to those of us with limbic system impairment. Annie knows what she’s talking about. I am currently recovering from LSI. I think I’ve had almost all the trauma it’s possible to have, and I’m almost recovered. You need to try this if you have something that might be aninjury to your brain. You have nothing to lose, there is a money back guarantee.

    I hope next time your on the Joe Rogan podcast you can talk about this to bring awareness to some of these chronic illness and using DNRS/ neuroplasticty to help people rewire their brains and get better.
    I'm glad it's finally starting to get some recognition from big names in the health industry, this is really important stuff. Thank you for this podcast Chris.

    I tend to be very literal so please understand if my question seems a bit harsh i’m also on the autistic spectrum so I’m very literal and I’m trying my best to understand I’ve recently been recommended this program DNSR , but I am confused about this DNRS,
    If someone has anaphylaxis, it is the fact if they are exposed to something that will trigger their anaphylaxis will be triggered... so it is important for that individual to be aware of their surroundings in addition to the signals their body is telling them.
    For example I had bowel surgery when that was finished I did not wake up from an aesthetic as planned, people should wake up 15-45 min, however I did not wake up until 9 hours had passed, I was hospitalized for a Adverse reactions to my anesthesia I’ve been developed full body convulsions vomiting hallucinating low blood pressure rapid heart rate flushing and swelling... and from there my overall constitution worsened.
    My reactions are so bad before I get my next surgery on my colon I had to visit the anesthesiology specialist department who then had to contact my doctors as they come up with a plan to avoid the complications of my last surgery. ...Now this is looking into the future this is not saying positive things this is simply a fact and it can directly be correlated to the event
    It is important to understand your weaknesses and limits just as well as your gifts and your abilities finding the balance in between the two. Being able to enjoy the moment but also be aware of the problem is we all face in life and navigating the best you can.
    If somebody is basing their function off of emotions, The results are going to be very scattered for when a person is only living emotion to a motion they are lacking logic, stability, and most definitely are functioning on auto pilot. Understanding what triggers you why it triggers you and where in life does triggers life is the key to freeing yourself from the emotional habit in life we will all be faced with challenges trials and it was perfectly fine to be upset or bothered but it is when people stay stuck there and not staying stuck there from being content.
    That it becomes an issue.
    If somebody become sick and wheelchair-bound is it wise for them to wheel by the stairs every day as you watch your family walk up the stairs in the home as the person it’s in their wheelchair and think
    I can’t use the stairs like I used to ... but that’s r is it best to say know I’m not able to use the stairs I’m not OK I’m grateful this wheelchair can help me some days it’s a pain in the ass and I wish I could use the stairs oh well and then they move on with their day.... there are certain things that must be addressed and acknowledged and only the person themselves can fully understand what she does things needed tending to.
    I hope this is making sense if anybody in the comments or even in the video could possibly explain or help me understand it would be very beneficial and I would appreciate it

    Its just not accessible, for something supposed to be so helpful and life-changing. There are so many of us dealing with these things and I want this So Bad, but as if I can even slightly try to afford it. From Australia it is nearly $500, and I am already in debt in trying trying treat this stuff. I have a car I can't afford to fix and am in no shape for work. I need the help. But this exists nowhere no way for people in my situation. Even a secondhand DVD would be amazing but at that cost imagine the effort in trying to find someone willing to part with it for cheap enough. Especially in Australia. Help Me!!!!!!

      Join the group Neural Retraining Friends on FB and ask about free/cheap ways to go about this. A couple things come to mind to get you started: In the files section of that group, there's a free ebook called "A Rational Approach to Recovery". Also, the founder of the Lightning Process (the brain retraining program that Hopper based her DNRS program on; I hear they're VERY similar) wrote a book entitled Get the Life You Want, which tells you the method...you just need to apply it to your health situation. There are other ways as well. Maybe someone will mail you the program to borrow. Maybe you can get your local library to purchase it. Etc. Like I said, post your situation in the FB group and you will find a way. You can also search the FB group for someone in your city and maybe they will let you borrow the program. Best wishes, dear.

      My brother thinks all the people that bought the DNR s system must have been forced to sign something where they'll get sued if they give away what information is in the DNRS.... notice how nobody not one person who claims to have been healed by it is really willing to give away specific info and in one video a girl said she didn't want to infringe on the copyright . More than the keyboard sound everyone should be really irritated that nobody wants to give specifics of any of the exercises or whatever

  • @DDumbrille
    @DDumbrille 2 года назад +1

    If it's not their thoughts causing the problem (as she says at 15:00 in), then why change ones thought patterns, which is the ENTIRE premise of DNRS? At 32:25 she says "I had to really change my thinking." !!!

    • @tomatom9666
      @tomatom9666 Год назад

      Because something else can initiate the thoughts, i.e an injury or illness, the fault is not in the initial thoughts before anything happened but the thoughts that recur during illness. That's why you change thought patterns after/during illness.

    • @DDumbrille
      @DDumbrille Год назад +2

      @@tomatom9666 True, something else may initiate the illness, but if you look into almost any ME/CFS patient's info -- they were under tons of stress, or put THEMSELVES under a lot of stress, due to thoughts that they weren't good enough, for one reason or another. There's a huge, documented link between childhood and other traumas and chronic illness.

    • @tomatom9666
      @tomatom9666 Год назад +1

      @@DDumbrille Oh sure, absolutely. It's almost universal that people with CFS score high on ACE, and it's no coincidence that long covid and ME is MORE common in people who are athletic, high functioning "go getters". To be honest, it's sad how obvious the cause of it all is, but the community is obsessed with finding biomedical markers (understandably) that will explain their bodily sensations and allow the pharmaceutical industry to have a new source of profit!

    • @DDumbrille
      @DDumbrille Год назад +1

      @@tomatom9666 Thanks so much Tomas for your understanding reply. The numbers of people and patients who DO understand this is growing quite a bit, but yes -- still those who reject the obvious far outnumber them.
      I know people who head or have heade orgs like MEAction who KNOW this too, but still put the emphasis on anything else. It's not just the pharmaceutical companies, but of course the majority too are waiting for the magic pill.
      And not to be a hypocrite here, as I myself have known this mind-body connection for 12 years, but STILL don't do enough work in that area for myself, even after being sick for 23 years. But I'm working on it, and it helps hearing support from others. Thanks again.
