This market is going really crazy 🤪 ! Look at the kitchen lol is that a 20millions house kitchen ??? No privacy, the office looks like a cell lol ! Rooms are so little, no garden, laundry room for one person lol, no spa, no cinema room, no inside pool….come on guy…if you like the view just set a tent up on the top of the cliff and enjoy, it would cost you 100$ ! So now, you just need an elevator, soft doors closet and a dish washer and the house cost 20M ! This is ridiculous, Monney became really too cheap for too many people ! Présentation is a 10/10 as always but its time that real estate market has his big crash to come back to reality ! Well done guy keep doing it !
Well, don't worry, there are first line homes in that area that are for sale for quite a bit less and have been on the market for several years. This house is not going to sell anytime soon.
Exactly. Mallorca is nice, but those homes are not luxury. Furniture exactly as IKEA, plots extremely small, no privacy, rooms small, everything is small….horrible
The market for house on this island are ridiculous. You get more value for money around the 5-8million more than the 10+ million
And thats where you can easily learn the lesson of Value. Whilst you value large, physical stuff, or feature lists. This person clearly valued the location and views. And to setup the tent, you probably would have still had to pay 10-15 million for the land 😉.
That isn't a dig at you though, I tend to agree to a level with you. And the design is rather uninspiring. But that's not really the point, we didn't buy it :P

The house is very small for 20 milllion € but thats Mallorca,the houses there are incredibly expensive,thats the price you pay for being on a beautiful island. For that price you buy a really really big home in Altea Hlls in Spain but you dont have that beautiful island around you with clear waters etc.
In Mallorca you pay for the views.
If you want cheap really big home's go to Altea Hills in Spain,close to Benidorm if you want a big city feeling 20 minute drive from your home.
haters gonna hate, this house is worth max 11-13 million, the price is a joke for this plot and house sice, the quality looks poor and the interior feels cheap. stacked sqm2 instead of open space. you can add 3 million solely for the view.
there is a reason why this property is on the market for years. becsause its overpriced
I don't think you really can assess the quality of materials in a video but if the property is on the market for years it is certainly overpriced.
The most beige interior décor I have ever seen in such an expensive home. It really needs a nice avocado bathroom set to finish of the look! 🤡👌
Love the garden stairs with the different levels, makes it interesting to explore. And the interior is beautiful too, because it's so minimalistic yet esthetic. Only the house style outside does not match my preference since it looks a bit tacky with the railing, roof and so on...

Das Haus ist nicht schlecht. Aber……. Viel zu teuer. Und nichtmal ne Garage. Hab grad davor ein Video von Frau Gorska von ner Marbella-Immobilie gesehen. 7 Mio weniger, viel größer, viel schöneres Design und quasi am Strand. Bei diesem Preis hier ist es nicht verwunderlich, daß diese Immobilie schon eine ganze Weile auf dem Markt ist.

This is the third video for this place I've seen on RUclips. All the comment are pretty much the same. Over priced, too small, no privacy. I think the vendor might have to lower their expectations if they want to sell this one. Great job with the video though guys 👍
