I just found your channel and subscribed. I hear you. I work 9-1/2 hours a day Monday through Friday, and 11 hours every Saturday, (and I just turned 60).

You work the way you work because we were raised different.. as my son tells me, Dad, your just built different.. I take that as a compliment. I take your statement as a testimony to you having been raised with good work ethics and a mindset of no excesses because excesses don't pay the bills and I'm not looking for hand outs..

Hello brother! I want to first of all congratulate you and your family for your awesome achievements throughout these years. I’m 33 from Phoenix AZ and about to become a new father To a baby boy, I have a pick up truck and I want to start my own business and junk removal is something that I know is hard work but with hard work comes big rewards.
My question to you, is this business worth it in Arizona ?

It's different if you are the business owner and it's a small business that you are passionate about growing. It should not be normal for employees that work for established companies that value more profit over taking care of their employees. As a civilization we have progressed far enough to restructure what a basic work schedule should look like for average jobs.

Simply look at the division of wealth. People get used so rich people get richer.

and no, everybody can't just create their own business. that's like telling everyone to go to college. its stupid. things need a proper balance for a society to thrive.

I had to get hip surgery @ 30 years old because I was overworked at my job. im also starting to get all kinds of other issues my right knee is also destroyed so im gonna have to get that replaced soon too im 33 now. go to school kids cause working hard is for chumps (unless its your own business of course) some people think they work hard but they have almost no concept of working hard. put on a fitbit and if you're getting like 80k-100k steps a day from all the movement your doing you need to slow TF down. if ur gettin like 10k steps you might as well be a white collar office worker.
