Can you tell me how you handle these projects by yourself? Is it just you and a wheelbarrow or a handcart?
Heat stroke. In my experience has been my ears start ringing, then I start losing hearing, you’ll start getting woozy, you’ll start having tunnel vision, then your knees start to get weak and before you know it you drop.
Take care of you and yours. This heat is no joke in the valley.
Also, if you could tell us how long it takes you each time you load up the trailer. I’d like to know how long it took you to load up the gym equipment and everything else on that pick up.
Looked like a productive day. Your dumpster are tall. How many square yards are the dumpsters?

You asked for a lot of advice in this video lol
First question:
Do you eat in the truck or restaurant... I will usually go through the drive-thru if I can (trailer?) and eat in the truck, in front of the place so right before I'm about to leave I can hit their restroom and refill my drink. Climate control in the truck. RUclips videos on my dash (watching your channel) 👍 I charge double what I used to and work half as hard as I used to. So now I can afford to sit around (rest). When I was younger and gave people too good of a deal. I realized as time went on not one person ever repaid me back and helped me. Even close so-called friends.
Now I charge what everybody else charges who is a professional and does professional work.
Second question:
Heat stroke is interesting. I would say 80% of the time the people who are about to stroke don't realize what's happening to them and that's what actually pushes them over the edge but when that happens if they don't have somebody around it could be deadly.
So the reason you actually get to the stroke part is because your brain is not understanding what's going on and you don't think it's as bad as it really is.
I've gotten to the point a few times in my career but I recognize the signs before my brain was starting to go into Dee Ta Deee mode and got to shade and water electrolytes whatever. I probably recognize it more because I have seen many people actually collapse to the point where I've had to drag them to shade. Only one time though was I about to call for an ambulance or even start driving to the hospital for somebody He was taking way too long to come back and I start to get real nervous.
-side note once somebody strokes do not under any circumstances let them go back to work it takes a full 24 hours or more in some cases before you can exert energy again (I don't care what anybody tells you this is real truth and advice on this part)
I have noticed throughout the years heat stroke effects usually start from not being properly hydrated before the job starts and it just goes downhill from there. I've also noticed it does not matter whether you are in shape out of shape skinny or heavy however usually the more muscles you have the easier heat stroke affects you those muscles require a lot of fluids.
-I hope people don't take this comment the wrong way but one of the reasons Mexicans have such a large belly is not necessarily because they are drinkers but more so because evolution of working in the heat (kind of acts like camel hump) and they store water in their belly. Do not mistake their belly for weakness They will have the energy to pull a 14-hour day in direct sunlight and out work the toughest looking guys 😮. Black people have the toughest time working in the heat. White people if not properly acclimated and doing it for a lifetime can only work about half the time (with energy that is) that a Mexican can work in the heat. I don't have too much experience with other races They never seem to want to work outdoors 🤷♂️
... To finish when somebody heat strokes do not force large amounts of liquids into them they will start to vomit. Give them literally a cap full of liquid every 3 minutes Do not let them guzzle. After about 20 minutes they can take a gulp here and there for the next hour and don't let them drive away for at least 45 minutes. Also make sure they are moving well, can bend over and sit back up without getting light-headed or they will potentially crash their car.

Pedialyte in the truck with a Stanley full of water at all times, small cooler with fruit/cold small items. (never like to eat with the heat-have too though). Head playing base drum is a really good signal to stop and get all the before listed items and in shade/AC truck. Water not ice cold is better also. Eat light, drink heavy in doses, sit down and enjoy working for yourself as well to enjoy what you are doing as well as resting from heat stroke.
