As for the cc, unfortunately if you haven’t found out by now since the recording of the video, if it’s a stolen cc, there is no recourse through your cc processor. You CAN try and go straight to the homeowner and possibly even threaten a contractors lien on the property but I’m not sure what your state laws are on that. It sucks, stay vigilant, if it sounds or seems fishy, require cc and DL at time of drop off. Btw, I’ve NEVER seen a down cactus removal. I never thought they would be so heavy or thick lol. Crazy!
