They need to add cloud play and touch controls which was on the game pass app that they discontinued because it was integrated into the Xbox app. Shouldn't have lost this function
switch to beta app maybe? I don't even have cloud play, just remote play but touch controls and game streaming from my xbox are all there even after game pass app is sunset
I'm talking about playing game pass games like how it was on the game pass app before they shut it down. Not remote play. Just game pass over the cloud. That feature hasn't been ported over to the Xbox app
My favourite feature is downloading any game to the console via the app. Even when you haven't bought the game yet. But after you do purchase it you can start playing immediately.
4 years since the update, and the store isn't on back the app yet, nor is the looking for group function either. The achievements menu is worse woth those gigantic icons as well. I'm still using a 2020 apk on an older phone because of this.
The xbox phone app becomes more of a game pass ad with every update. Fir example now When i filter my games library by games owned by me, it shoves game pass games into the results. So annoying.

One question is there a way to reduce remote play video quality? I ask because as an international truck driver I have 30 gb data per month and it can use 2 gb per hour easy I would rather play with low image quality to game more hours
My Xbox's have been called Monolith (2001 Space Odyssey) , Ziggy (Quantum Leap), Tardis (Dr Who), WOPR (Wargames) and Toby (after my friend who has a large square shaped head).
Put it into sleep mode just incase you might play somewhere else. Higher rate of electricity being used just sitting there. Either you presenters get paid to much or you still live with mummy and daddy.
