@@hallowedchromee310 well said. It's all about respect. If a straight guy/woman doesn't want to date a trans woman/man, that doesn't make them transphobic. As long as they treat the trans gender people with respect that doesn't make them transphobic if they don't want to date them.
Trying to bully and shame someone into dating or having sex with someone they don't want to, for whatever reason, is sexual harassment. It doesn't matter what gender you identify with.

So they can think it’s okay for Lesbian’s to only be attracted to other females, gay men to only be attracted to other men, trans men and women can be attracted to either sex; but a straight person being what is the traditional attraction between people of opposite sex makes them so mad there are death threats and harassment? Outrageous
They don’t think it’s ok for lesbians to be attracted to women, or gays to be attracted to men. They now want lesbians to have sex with women with penises, or a man who just says he identifies as a woman, they want gays to have sex with men with vaginas, or women who say they’re men. There are videos out there that got rightfully slammed for trying to teach gay men how to have sex with vaginas. This isn’t an LGBT triggered thing, lgbt against straights, this is a ‘very radical subsection of transgender people’ thing that are now trying to call absolutely every sexuality transphobic. I want to know what has happened to pansexual people? Gays always liked men, lesbians always liked women, bisexuals always liked both, straights always loved the opposite sex and it was the pansexuals who liked absolutely anything, whatever you say you are, whatever gender, sex, identity, genitals you possess, pansexuals are the ones who are here for all of that. So why all of sudden are these radicals now demanding that every person on the planet now has to identify as some sort of pansexual? I don’t see anybody talking about this either, it’s like pansexuals don’t exist anymore. As now everyone has to be pansexual 🙄
At this point they don't even think it's okay for lesbians to only be attracted to female because their saying if you don't like trans woman you're transphobic this is touching not only straight people but lesbian , bisexual , gay and basically anyone that would not want to date trans people there's a sexuality called pansexual that accepts them but it's not enough for them
I've had people in my life who shamed me for not being a lesbian or bisexual. They called me horrible names because I said I was attracted to men, biological men. I had a friend in school, who was biologically female, who sexually assaulted me she hugged my breasts because she had a crush on me, I was in middle school. That's not okay, it made me so uncomfortable to be around that person for a very long time, she has apologized and I have forgiven her, but I will NEVER forget.
Me too...when I was a teenager my friend who was lesbian hugged me and tried to kissed me in the toilet...I struggled and tried to avoid being kissed by...I said nooooo and she stopped but that insiden really scared the shit of me...scary but she just won't stop bothering me until I avoided her whenever I saw her...scary😳😱
Wow you used to get shamed for being gay lesbian bi now you get shamed for being straight. It’s amazing! Why can’t people just leave others and their own preferences alone and not force their ideologies on others.

As a heterosexual woman, I have to say EVEN with bottom surgery, it's a no for me. Phalloplasty is NOT a penis. From the start I don't feel too attracted by people who had lots of plastic surgeries, I prefer a natural look. As for the artificial penises, they are honestly so Frankenstein looking it makes me dizzy and lightheaded like I'm going to faint. It's just a huge hanging Mechanical flesh tube covered in scars and foreign skin, it doesn't even begin to resemble a natural male organ. "what is one thing that separates a trans woman over a ordinary woman" Umm ovaries? A womb? Estrogen? (that they didn't have to introduce into their system manually) no prostate? Do I need to keep going?
The thing is, one day there'll be surgery that allows someone to get ovaries, a uterus, etc. and still there will be people who don't want to date trans people simply because they aren't attracted to the entire process and the knowledge of how many hormones and how much surgery was put into it. @@nosoulnoproblem3368 Yeah that’s what I was getting at. A lot of transwomen seem to think that all it takes to be a woman is to look like a traditionally feminine woman, when in reality there’s so much more to womanhood. They take the limited, skewed understanding of womanhood that they learned from the perspective of a male, as well as what their male socialization taught them during their upbringing and life pre-transition, and then apply it to how they navigate female spaces post-transition. That’s why, in the true fashion of a male-identified individual, they think that all there is to being a woman is 1.) physical beauty, 2.) sex appeal, and 3.) the ability to pop out babies. Since quite a few transwomen are able to achieve the first two things (I mean just look at Blaire), it’s not shocking that a lot of them think that the only thing that separates them from cis women is the ability to give birth. Many of them don’t consider OR empathize with our experiences as women, they don’t take ‘no’ for an answer, they feel entitled to what’s ours, they overstep boundaries, they impose themselves on us, they reduce women to our body parts and ability to give birth....who else does this sound like??? *cough* cis-het men *cough*

If one sexual preference automatically makes you transphobic, then doesn't it logically follow that ALL sexual preferences are phobic of one group or another? And I'm not even (mainly) thinking of sexual orientations. I mean some people are your type, others not so much. So how could this mentality, taken to its logical extreme, not lead to a situation where not giving consent to anyone for whatever reason would be considered intolerant? And added to the fact that this sounds really rapey to me, it also implies that sexual orientations aren't real, but something you can choose. Which isn't too far from what conversion therapists believe. And aside from all that, who would even want to date someone who isn't really attracted to them for who they really are? I wouldn't. And if you date someone because you think you have to, how is that in any way preferable to not dating them? People that don’t talk about this stuff all the time seem to be the most tolerant. That’s what I learned through my life for me, they don’t think about that stuff. They don’t give a fuck what you label yourself, just be nice to them and they are nice back.

SERIOUSLY! Phobia by definition is being afraid of something, like illogically afraid of it. Nobody is afraid of transpeople. Terms that end with phobia or phobic are ridiculous for the most part (excluding a VERY small few). Just call it what it is - intolerance.
"Phobic" means "terrified of". People aren't transphobic. That's such a dumbed down term. I wouldn't ever date a trans person, but I don't run screaming when I see them. The whole language around these issues is pure insanity.

Just seeing a lot of insecurity from people on the internet these days. They crave an unwavering community and will lash out at people who don’t validate their identity.
Exactly this. No one is responsible for validating another person's identity. This kind of authoritarian thinking isn't going to bring about any kind of "progress", period.
Exactly. Contrary to popular belief men won't date anything on two legs. There has to be some attraction and chemistry. If that happens with a trans woman I'm okay with it however it's never happened. The sad truth is a lot of trans women are not that convincing and psychologically that's a deal breaker.
The problem is far too many people have been raised in a cocoon where everything they have ever thought or felt is absolutely perfect. When you never ever see anyone that opposed any of your viewpoints you get one hell of a culture shock when you find the real world.

Actually you are a demisexual if you are only attracted to the person who you love romantically. But according to Blair White that isn't a real thing and you are attracted to others😅
Lesbians were the first group that got this reaction from trans women, and they pointed out that trans men didn't seem to me engaging in this activism to force straight women and gay men to like them. They said they believed that it was something to do with being originally male, that it's a form of sexual aggression, which biological males are much more prone to express. The lesbians were also annoyed because straight men didn't get this pressure, I wonder how they feel now lol. Trying to force people to want you sexually is a very, very weird approach. Sexual attraction is instinctive and can't be forced, this is why conversion therapy for LGB people doesn't work. I can be attracted to trans people but I'm bisexual so maybe I don't count lol. But I didn't force that...it just is what it is.
I am a lesbian that isn't attracted to transwomen. There is a lot of shaming and being called a terf. I dated a preop transwomen and I wasn't into it. I just cant with penis'. And be proud of that. Let me continue to be attracted to whoever I’m attracted to and ATTRACT who I want to attract. Seriously some people are truly SO IGNORANT in their “OPEN MINDEDNESS” …they only make themselves look crazy AS FUUUUCKKK
I mean it makes sense to be "super straight" because I've heard people say "You only think you're straight because you haven't tried dating such and such." It's like don't tell me what and who I'm attracted to. If I say I'm not attracted to men that used to be women, take that as it is.
No it doesn't make sense, not if trans-women are women to you. You're basically just telling them "you're not part of the elite super-club that is REAL women" by beeing "super straight." 'Superstraigths' are acting like they're beeing literally forced to date a trans-person xD. Also, as a German citizen I have to say that "SS" is a really unfortunate abbreviation x.x
It is indeed a concerted effort from the rich to distract everyone from real problems. Maybe they're not consciously doing it, but they're distracting from the fact that trans people are actually more worried about debt and a living wage than they are about getting a date.
Why can’t they put this energy into something like getting necessary classes taught in public school so that generations don’t come out bumbling fools with no guidance Or hell getting them rights or something that would make the world a better place
FFS. Why can’t we just date who we feel attracted to and not be shamed for not wanting to date people we are not attracted to? It’s really not rocket science.
Maybe “super gay” should be a thing too... I’m gay and I remember on a dating app a trans girl (M to F) was messaging me, and when I said “oh sorry I don’t date women” they said “some people dispute that I am a real woman anyways sooo.. still all man underneath 😏” . I understood it was kind of a joke, but I thought there was an irony that they are allowed to joke, but not us? Funny how it was a “pick and choose” for that person but God forbid we should pick and choose. It really annoyed me!
The obvious exception to that is children. But, children can't consent, so it is by definition not consensual. I'm talking about consenting adults. If a straight man is attracted to a trans woman, more power to him, but it doesn't mean that ALL STRAIGHT MEN HAVE TO BE. Same goes with gay men and lesbians.

The sharks are all circling around for their attack on the straight white male.

Yeah that’s what I was getting at.

I dont care about gender. I never have. I just feel people should just be ok and date with open adult talk, give your preference one on one. Get all that off the internet and be real with people.
Every body has someone looking to love them.
That's not a basis for a healthy relationship, and you're basically just wasting each others time. What's the point of that?
PS: I really like your nightstand.
Ikr, that nightstand is so glamorous and intriguing. It looks like the drawers are angled. I’d like a closer look at it.

this whole "you are transphobic if you don't date us" issue is not just about the straight ppl. it affects gay, lesbian and bi communities too. that's why a separate thing called pansexual even exists for ppl who like everyone. like if a gay man (aka a man who is turned on by d**k) is with a trans man who doesn't hav a di*k and therefore doesn't get turned on, and doesn't want to date the trans man, that's not a denial of the manhood of the trans person. it's just saying the gay person was not sexually attracted. that is not what "phobia" or fear or hatred or even disgust is.

That’s because acceptance should be backed up by empathy, in order to have a level of understanding to truly accept another person’s view even if it doesn’t align with your pov. This world lacks empathy, which is why ppl say they accept & understand something, yet the moment you don’t agree with them you become the enemy. @@amithmalik4648 I mean magic, kinda undoes the problem. Due to it being about to me, mutilated genitals, and not having the right chromosomes, so for me yeah it'd work.
But that'll never fucking happen.
Because no one will have that actually happen, which sucks, feel like that would solve a lot of issues.
It’s almost as if they are judging and not approving of other people’s sexualities. Hmmm...
It's almost like it's a joke and not a real sexuality
@@Tuxxxido lmao it's almost like it is and your wrong 🤣
@@jubileedanshov898 its legit a joke my dude
@Plop Plop I didn't say it wasn't...
@@Tuxxxido it's a joke...of the truth lol. Straight people are legit called transphobic if they don't want to fuck a trans person...make it make sense.
I’ve always said I was “super straight.” Whenever someone asks me if I’ve hooked up with a chick I’ve ALWAYS said “no actually I haven’t. I’m SUPER straight. I LOVE MEN! I mean I’m so straight that if I were a dude I’d be gay. I LOVE MEN!” Never thought I was “trans phobic” or part of the “lgbtqiabcdefg“ community or “oppressed” like.. we’re NOT ALL out to be a part of your community and begging to be an oppressed victim etc. SOME OF US are actually out for the EXACT OPPOSITE!
Exactly. It’s contradictory.
Exactly! I hate people who do that.
Thank You
No it doesn't make sense, not if trans-women are women to you.
@@halfbloodprincess989 Trans women are trans women. This should really not be an offensive statement.
Damn why can’t they put that energy into something productive like paying off my student debt
It is indeed a concerted effort from the rich to distract everyone from real problems. Maybe they're not consciously doing it, but they're distracting from the fact that trans people are actually more worried about debt and a living wage than they are about getting a date.
Same
Maybe if you put some energy into paying off your student debt...
They worked very hard to pay off your student debt! Thousands of ballots were filled out long into the night to help the cause.
Then Biden say "no."
Why can’t they put this energy into something like getting necessary classes taught in public school so that generations don’t come out bumbling fools with no guidance
Or hell getting them rights or something that would make the world a better place

Asexuals: WE'RE STILL NOT HAVING SEX OVER HERE!
Everyone else: We know...
Oh #supergay was trending right beside #superstraight. We got your back, buddy!
That’s all it is. Is irony and hypocritical.
So now begins the awakening of Superstraights, Supergays, and Superlesbians!
There's now an LGBS movement - (super)lesbian, (super)gay, (super)bi and superstraight people XD We're all super valid and hella cute
It is! Supergay and Superlesbian and Superbi are all things alongside superstraight.
The fact my sexual preferences is of anyone else's business is beyond me. Why can't they just do them and be happy ?

No, I know you’re secretly attracted to trans women and their intrinsic feminine nature
Why can't we just let people be attracted to whom they're attracted to, and that be it?...
As long as everyone is an adult then yes.
Because that makes sense and we can't have that anymore around here.
@@MamaMOB yup attraction to children should be the only attraction that is demonized. Can we all just agree on this and stop fighting?
@@Azriel1932 period
The obvious exception to that is children. But, children can't consent, so it is by definition not consensual. I'm talking about consenting adults. If a straight man is attracted to a trans woman, more power to him, but it doesn't mean that ALL STRAIGHT MEN HAVE TO BE. Same goes with gay men and lesbians.

They don't hate HP, they hate that they need to hate it because JKR wrote that biological sex is real, and now they're expected to hate what basically made their whole personality besides paraphilias and incelness.
@@murderoustendencies nah they still do, though it's with more hostility.
I thought "straight" already implied you're attracted to the opposite biological sex. Okay, lemme break down what I THOUGHT the sexualities meant:
- straight: attracted to the opposite biological sex
- gay/lesbian: attracted to the same biological sex
- bisexual: attracted to both biological sexes
- pansexual: attracted to both sexes and transsexuals
- asexual: attracted to neither sex
