To be fair the yiga are basically evil spiteful sheikah who wanted revenge against the royals. 1 comparison I saw that I saw like was that wearing a yiga outfit in front of a sheikah Was basically the same as wearing a Nazi get up in front of a German. So I understand that.
It’s funny. I dyed my Yiga suit light blue to match the Champions and every time I do a side adventure in somewhere like Hateno, I always put on the Yiga suit because I think it’s funny that all these people are being helped by a friendly, color-swapped member of a doomsday cult 😂

It's clever though, good way to "guide the player" into solving a puzzle without telling them the answer. since you need to enter the jail to take a photo of one of the shrines. (Shame you can never help the guy who wants to see his daughter, but at least you can tell him his daughter and wife are okay. She's in hiding too cause she sells masculine clothing. XD Bless them both.
