Sat Nam is the bija mantra - the seed mantra. It germinates inside of you and starts to grow. More you chant more it florishes. According to Yogi Bhajan, Sat Nam is small and potent. and helps in activating chakras.

Today I decide to pick up the old pencil and try to draw for the first time in months. I was thinking of background music to put on and saw that this just rolled out and just went with it.
