I am always tensed. Can i control this and stay positive always. I keeps myself engaged by involving in lots of activities like dancing, listens to music, goes for walking, participates in quizzes, participates in speeches, reads books, plays games like badminton , chess, cards etc. I want to lead a happy and peaceful . Life. Can i stay positive always and live happily. I want to enjoy my enjoy and wants to make memories. Do i need to consult a doctor to get everything ok. I am always engaged. Do practising this meditation helps me to stay positive always. Sometime it seems like i am mad in front of others.i keeps on doing a lots of activities to stay happy

These are SIKH mantras NOT kundalini yoga mantras..It would be really honorable to the spiritual practice and the sacred chants of the Sikhs if you would credit this accurately to the Guru Granth Sahib and not a westernized yoga practice. thanks so much, many blessings

Hello :) In the Kundalini Yoga line, the mantra is pronounced as "ONG So HUNG", this is to make the vibration of the mantra go to the third eye instead of to the heart. Both Om So Hum and Ong So Hung have the same meaning (I am the creative force of the Universe), but Ong So Hung is the version used in Kundalini Yoga as thaught by Yogi Bhajan. Have a beautiful day!
if you are interested in how it is properly pronounced reference the Sikh people from whom this chant originates not a westernized yoga tradition that has miseducated ppl on the origins and use of these chants
Is anyone willing to be super nice and do phonetic translations to these? As a native English speaker it's been hard to actually chant the sounds according to the spellings. For example, Gobinday Mukanday is easy enough but then there seems to be extra sounds after that which don't match the spelling.

I am always tensed. Can i control this and stay positive always. I keeps myself engaged by involving in lots of activities like dancing, listens to music, goes for walking, participates in quizzes, participates in speeches, reads books, plays games like badminton , chess, cards etc. I want to lead a happy and peaceful . Life. Can i stay positive always and live happily. I want to enjoy my enjoy and wants to make memories. Do i need to consult a doctor to get everything ok. I am always engaged. Do practising this meditation helps me to stay positive always. Sometime it seems like i am mad in front of others.i keeps on doing a lots of activities to stay happy

These are SIKH mantras NOT kundalini yoga mantras..It would be really honorable to the spiritual practice and the sacred chants of the Sikhs if you would credit this accurately to the Guru Granth Sahib and not a westernized yoga practice. thanks so much, many blessings

In the ancient days all civilisations believed that heaven was above the northern pole star.. there were stars and constellations around the pole star that were indestructible.. they are called as circumpolar stars and even if u see egyptian pyramids are aligned pointing towards it so that the dead reach straight upwards and their souls do not get lost or destroyed..they wanted the souls to be in heaven forever.. some civilisations have the habit of praying on top of mountains to be closer to God.. others built a pillar...some in shape of a phallus...in some countries it's a navel shaped symbol to show the centre of the earth.. in India it's the phallus showing the Cosmic Man and its other part Prakriti or nature or force..so basically that's kundalini...chakra...reaching to heaven..the phallus also represents Shiva who is often seen with a snake..or a serpent.. the serpent always goes upwards..they also believe the human body is make of chakras and the tension us stick at the spine.. and if comes out from the head..awakening your pineal glands.. according to Christianity this is new age or not what God said...u cannot achieve the spiritual force awakening through other means...but in Christianity it's the word of God that will give you..Jesus says Ask and you will receive..seek and you will find knock and it shall be given to you.. this is the Holh spirit that will be given to you to be more wise more intuitive more at peace love joy and many other gifts like knowlege piety , good counsel , love of God, fear of the Lord etc..

In the Kundalini Yoga line, the mantra is pronounced as "ONG So HUNG", this is to make the vibration of the mantra go to the third eye instead of to the heart. Both Om So Hum and Ong So Hung have the same meaning (I am the creative force of the Universe), but Ong So Hung is the version used in Kundalini Yoga as thaught by Yogi Bhajan.

Is anyone willing to be super nice and do phonetic translations to these? As a native English speaker it's been hard to actually chant the sounds according to the spellings. For example, Gobinday Mukanday is easy enough but then there seems to be extra sounds after that which don't match the spelling.
