Ryan, there was one thing I think you missed - there's a little crate with a Holocron. It was an Easter egg for *_The Yoda Chronicles_* which was going on at the time.
I recently parted this out with the sticker sheet for around $120, including shipping. I already had the minifigs and I did substitute the printed canopy pieces for trans-black ones, which I think look cleaner anyway. Definitely go this route instead of buying a complete, used set.
Unless you missed out on the last one I don't think it needs a new version. It was fine as it is, no change needed. Maaaybe some smoother track function, as the last version really needed to be on a carpet to roll properly.
For the next one, I hope 1) the ball turrets look better, 2) there are more clones, 3) the clone pilot helmets are accurate, 4) the cockpits become printed, and 5) the doors can close all the way when you remove/move the ball turrets
As amazing as this set still is, I have to say that I think the 2020 AT-AT is my new all-time favorite “playset”. I know we’re getting a UCS set, but I have a feeling we’ll get a playset scale version within a year or two. Maybe a clone wars play scale set and UCS episode 2 set.

I once was given this set on Christmas in 2002 or something, I remember my mother helped me build it. It didn't last that long due to me not realizing it's actual worth and I ended up taking apart many of its pieces, and over time it has just seemingly disappeared in my old LEGO toy box. Good memories, cool to see it again online.
I love this shuttle, it's on top of my PS4 stand guarding it, there needs to be an upgrade with phase 2 soldiers and pilots. Edit: Gunship, shuttle, I am excited for this ship.

I managed to get a gunship used on ebay for 160 bucks, it came fully completed even had the instruction manual and poster, and it even had an extra commando droid, best deal of my life

I remember saving up for ages and after summer school exams, as an early birthday present from my dad, he paid for the rest. I was so happy when I went to Argos (a shop in the UK) and collected it, I will never forget that day :))
Lego Star Wars never peaked in 2013, contrary to popular belief. I was waiting for a quality AT-TE and then I happened to look right when they released 75337. I’m really hoping they do a traditional Episode II gunship like this again soon.
The entire reason why I put the Coruscant Police gunship on my wishlist was because I loved this set and the Coruscant gunship was like an urbanised version of it. I didn't put this set on was because the police gunship was about $200 cheaper (Although still very expensive). Opening it up on Christmas day was so exciting and one of the best experiences of my life. Now that they are adding a UCS one, I am so excited, although if it does not have enough clones, I will be spending a lot of money on minifigures.

Got this set for christmas along with the duel on Geonosis, the 501st walker, and the AT-TE. I only ended up building the AT-TE as a kid so I still have the three other sets sealed, which is really lucky.
This is my favorite Lego Star Wars set that I own. As I kid I modified the handle by putting a rod through the front of the handle so that I had no chance of dropping it when wrapping my fingers around it

It’s a UCS set, there’s no reason for it to include so many clones. Two figures makes sense (even though the two we got weren’t good)

Don't get the set. Buy the pieces separately and use digital instructions. Otherwise you're going to pay way to much. Or save up for the UCS version
