I was surprised with this one! It is still on my driveway whilst the Lotus has some work done.
Looked to me that were actually enjoying it Ade! I see a 4th car appearing soon. 😁
Ha. Nah, if I do get a similar car it would be as an Uber car as I am thinking about it, to keep me busy.
In which case it might as well be electric.
@@RevMonkey I don't like Electric!
@@freddieholmes5581 Damn right!
It looks like every other SUV out there!
Agreed but still much nicer shapes than those of the past.
Maybe they all share a similar floorplan., Not unusual these days.
I do like the look, look very modern.
I went with the missus and she spotted immediately that you have to get the top of the range just to get heater seats which is a must really and I was quite shocked.
Ah good point. It doesnt have heated seats and, yes, also a must for me and especially the missus.
@@RevMonkey Ya! It's good point!
Tekna Plus is top of the range. Next one down is the Tekna and comes with heated front seats along with a heated steering wheel. It also scrapes under £40K OTR. Which falls into the lower band of road fund licence.
@@flinders88 Blimey, they ain't cheap but a similar spcced BMW is more.e
Such a common car. I'd go for the Alfa stelvio or the lotus eletre if I could afford it.
Aston Martin DBX fo rme 😁
@@jamesbryant3803 Ooooh. Now you are talking.
@@jamesbryant3803 Ya you are Right!
Likely cannot beat it for the price. I think the Kia Sportage is the main rivals though Peugeot and all the usual rivals so something similar.
Peugeot looks pretty cool atually
If this was a family purchase I would have to stick with Japanese or Germans.
@@RevMonkey Both are good!
I cant deal with a back car, it triggers my ocd with how easily it looks dirty 😃
Too right. Black cars are hideous to keep clean.
But after a clean, they are the most amazing
@@jamesbryant3803 Right!
@@user-xz9qk7yc7n You are not wrong. My Porsche is black so I tend to keep it covered when outside which halps maintain the gleam.
Made me laugh. You must be smoking something dude. 😆
Hes always like this! LOL
Ha. It's my ADHD. 😊
Could you really get an SUV anyway. Perhaps a sporty estate like an RS6 or the new M3 Touring is surely more up your street.
Agh, but we are talking 200 - 300% the cost.
Though an older RS6 for the same money.... umm 🤔
@@RevMonkey 🤑🤑
BMWs X1 and 2 Series Tourer will likely get close in sales even though they are more expensive. People just cant help but buy the German cars even though in both cases, in terms of space, the Nissan has them beat.
Yeah, the German cars are a safe bet. They cost more but maybe the residuals pay of, not sure.
@@RevMonkey Ya you are Right!
You haven't bought that have you!!! 😡🤬🤯
Ha. No! A courtesy car whilst the Lotus is in hospital.
@@RevMonkey Okay!
I think it looks really good. I need an upgrade soon for my crappy Kajar.
It is a step in the right direction mate.
The camera system is pretty good.
You are right. It really is good. The reversing and the 3D effect is top notch.
I have a new Nissan Auto version , over 50 mpg on a good steady run ,easy to drive ,however seats bases
to short with no extension , jittery over the bumps , head room isn’t that great with the pan roof , but dives nice ,and it’s quite
I was mostly disappointed that it did not have heated seats!
Do the speakers sound good?
Well, not amazing in terms of power but is a fairly decent sound overall.
Is the engine too weak for an SUV?
I would have thought that but not at all. Really surprising pick up so I assume the mild-hybrid is at play. There are 3 modes too!
