AWESOME 👏! Many videos out there on the Jade 35, but I really enjoyed yours more then the others. Your voice & personality is what makes this video enjoyable to watch. And thank you for explaining step-by-step without nonsense talk. Again, awesome job😎👍!
Hi Dalene! I'm having an issue with the calibration of the embroidery unit on my Jade 35 - while my designs are stitching out, the embroidery unit slowly offsets my stitches to the righ little by little, leaving me with distorted designs. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks!
Hi Dalene, I was wondering if you can help with a few issues i’m encountering. 1) the hoop attachment is a bit loose. I’m unsure whether this is normal or has loosened up over time. is this common from your experience? 2) my machine has gotten much louder over the past few months and Im unsure if it’s a bobbin issue. I know the Jade 35 is self-lubricating but my machine sounds a bit angry. Husqvarna customer support suggested to use the ‘correct’ bobbin/ not to use the machine more than 3x/day but I’m unsure how that makes a difference. 3) the biggest hurdle I’ve encountered is finding the right tension for embroidering heavyweight t-shirts as well the correct stabilizer to use to avoid birdsnests and of course puckering after it’s washed. I’ve tried different combinations but haven’t come across any desired results yet. Do you have any pointers? Is topping always necessary? thanks again, and pardon if this is too much 😊✨
I’ll answer a bit at a time. By hoop attachment, do you mean where ether hoop connects to the machine, or how the two pieces of the hoop connect together?
I’d suggest taking your machine in for a cleaning if you’ve used it a lot. A technician can see if anything more than a cleaning is necessary. They can get to places in the machine where you can’t.
I use fusible poly mesh stabilizer on tshirts. If it’s puckering, add another layer. I also use a heat away or wash away topper on tshirts too. It helps keep the stitches from sinking into the fabric.
@@dalenemcdonald-mcdonaldsse8689 omg wow thanks for the quick reply!!! by hoop attachment i mean the arm of the connector on the arm of the embroidery attachment is fairly loose. perhaps they’re all like this, but you’re right that it might be time to get this looked at. That seems like a lot stabilizer for a t-shirt but you know better than me :) I’m also guessing the wash away topping you’re using is fairly thin as well. I’ve experimented between 2-3 with the tension, but often get mixed results with the thread being fairly raised above the jersey fabric at times. I suppose this can be connected to threading the needle correctly. once again thank you so much!

Wow - thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Is it possible to use other embroidery hoops? If yes, which one?
You are such a sweet lady :) thanks for sharing this. Helped alot.
I'm glad it helped!
I am missing the Embroidery/Darning Foot U. I am looking everywhere online and no success. Do you know where I can find this? Thanks!

Birds nests are usually caused by not having the top thread in the tension correctly, or you may need a new needle.
