While the traditional Hereford/Aberdeen Angus baldy does well in the more temperate climates.they show heat stress in the south, why not look into a heat tolerant baldy using the Mashona (Bos Taurus Africanus) which has well marbled beef, highly fertile and will produce an F1 with a higher heterosis influence than two British breeds.
