Making Hungarian "hurka" liver sausage

This Hungarian "hurka" recipe now includes liver. It can be prepared not only when butchering a pig, but it can also be easily prepared at home from ingredients bought at the butcher.
In addition to the liver, it also contains rice, onion and marjoram and, of course, the other ingredients that we usually put in the hurka.
