Brother I have been watching from long time and even got plan from you in the past but wasn’t able to follow it because of some family problems I told you. I have been getting on and off the track a lot and i just fasted for 22 hours today and as you say no one can tell you what that energy feels like when you do fasting. Energy levels are very high, my job requires a lot of physical work and I wasn’t tired at all like my other days I would feel lethargic but it was the other way around. As you said it in this video repetition is what makes you strong so I’m committing myself to 18x6 from today and would even do 24 hours in between because that energy level is something else 🔥🔥
