When someone reaches a real state of happiness I believe that they're experiencing this state of meditation without realizing it and thus the meditation happens naturally without bias towards the environment as the meditator, the meditation, and the environment, are all one in that moment of act that is "being happy together" which in turn brings true inner happiness without a yearning for more.
@@Takis018I think we are seeing particles move and light bending on our eyeballs ….because we make the mind so still, the mind sees all of that stuff all the time, but because the mind is busy, it ignores it and looks straight through it.

I did my first meditation yesterday, spooked me by the way, felt my crown burning, swift away for a bit..very odd, my eyes were closed and lying in my bed, probably not the best way to do it but taking account it was my first and saw (not literally) blue aura around me I would say.. I would say something woke up. We have to look for what is comfortable and the most relaxing way, I think or wanna think. For me my bed, I love sleeping and that relaxes me, seems like I can actually not fall asleep while I did this meditation. I was aware of me. Today I attempted to do it with eyes opened and sitting down cross legged. But my mind created some type of illusion, as if I was sitting in the middle of a river. I thought that wasn't the point...idk..I'm new I still have to learn and find out things, but I want to do it also discovering it myself without looking into it too much so I know I'm not making things up lol
Unfortunately I have to disagree with Sadhguru. Meditating with your eyes (partially) open is a Soto Zen Buddhism practice called Shikantaza. You don't focus on breath or a mantra or the heart or anything else, you simply sit and experience being.

I have an experience while meditating , after 2 to 5 minutes , i opened my eyes suddenly , it's showing everything is delaying, but after 1 to 2 minute , i back to normal... that time i was panic.. It was happening on two reasons one is i lost the commentary and second i am in deep concentration . I talked to different trainers, and what my understood meditation is a process, should be follow the steps ...

I’d say if you are focusing on the tip of your nose you are crossing your eyes and that will cause a headache. Focus on your breathe and relax your eyes.

In real life though I was able when younger to remain asleep and give an answer to the person opening the curtains, clapping hands and talking as if one were awake. The torture like going on only stopped when the person got annoyed as my answer was nonsensical - they realised I was still asleep and quit it never to repeat. Ahh the good old days NOT.
Can anybody answer me. What is the difference between suppression and meditation. There will subconscious obsessions/compulsions/addictions/fears will meditation suppress it? Or bubbles it out .. If it bubbles out where does it go

As a kid I made Dennis the Menace look like a saint. My parents realized I was allergic to artificial coloring and artificial preservatives in food (BHB and BHA's), once my diet was changed my mind calmed down and my body quit following it.
This man is extremely arrogant sometimes and he’s trying to sell people the idea of him being enlightened while others aren’t. Just because he doesn’t like or prefer open eye meditation he shouldn’t advise people not to do it.
