@Pgmcos Yes my brother some of my earliest music memories were of Soul Train. Look, how COOL was Don Cornelius!? I mean his voice, the way he interacted with the cast dancers, the talent, camera, and don't forget those suits! I watched it in Black and White too. I had an African America bud that I had a deal with. You watch The Midnight Special and Don Kirchner's Rock concert and I'd watch Soul Train and we will talk. We discovered that music is what make us human and we got to better friends and found out about each other even more, it was the best. Be well and safe peace to you and yours. Peace, love and SOUL, rock on brothers and sisters.

After Soul Train ended it was time for Baseball Game of The Week, I grew up dirt poor had nothing but great great memories from the entire decade of the 1970s. It was an interesting decade to be a kid in. Not perfect by any stretch but we had great music from all genre. I wouldnt trade it for anything.

Ironically, my son's best friend was pretty much a racist and he actually led the "Love Train!"

lil nas x is the only mainstream artist i actively enjoy honestly, i like how his music isn't just the overused rap beat formula. my current favorite band is infant annihilator... but that's definitely an acquired taste lol. instrumentally, it's some of the greatest metal; even music, out there.

Yeah my brother I like to call that "pay it forward". We are here as individual people, but we are all connected together because we are human beings! We aren't really all that different. Different hair types, skin tone, and various types of eyes and other features but basically the same. For the most part a lot of the parts are interchangeable and sort of look the same. Its our own species that for some reason wants to put others in special "boxes" so they can find reasons not to like them. I for one have never understood that. My folks brought me up to respect everyone. Mom said " you don't have to like everyone, but, you have to respect them for what the are, different". Now she finished with "you might find that there are some people that you can't stand, or they want to hurt you, defend yourself if you have to, and then get away from them, they aren't worth your time" Be well and safe peace to you and yours.

👍Yes, it was fun. Gerald was always organizing us kids into a singing group. 😂 We would prepare “shows”, practice and then perform for our parents before the night was over. It was fun. Sometimes we’d be over their house and Mr. Eddy would come home (we knew he was a famous singer but it was still a mystery to us kids 😂). He was there but not there. Sometimes he’d speak to everyone and retreat to his room to chill until everyone left. One thing I definitely remember is there was always good food and laughter in their house. Their mom Shirley was always so kind to everyone. He kids absolutely loved & adored her. They were good people. 😢💝

Cause it's the glorious train that's gonna bring us into heaven. And it's for everyone all around the world. No matter your color race or creed, as long as you accept Jesus Christ and repent. As a sinner, the train has a seat waiting for you.
