Yep this could have been done in one cut but you'd be surprised at how well they can hide cuts... I don't know if this scene has any cuts but it is possible on some of the fast camera movements.

At the time this episode aired, lip-dubs like this were a trend on RUclips - there were tons of workplaces, schools, friend groups, families, etc, that did elaborate videos like this, and they were always in one take. Impressive stuff!
