It is impressive, but if I were her, I would probably avoid the single leg work while at her bodyweight in the video. Muscles adapt very quickly, tendons and joints not so much. How is everbody saying getting started is the hardest part of this transformation? I believing sticking to it is way harder. Not falling back into your old habits and routines. But beat yourself and become better and convince yourself its actually for the good. ❤ I hope she has a strong will and is going to keep up that work. I honestly love seeing those transformations.
You have to start something to have anything to stick to doing. It’s so easy to make excuses. “Oh I’ll start tomorrow, oh I’ll start on Monday, I don’t have time today, it’s too late at night, I’m too tired, oh I’ll get into a routine after Christmas/other holiday, oh I’m not flexible/fit enough, I don’t know where to start, I don’t have the equipment” etc etc.
i’d say the whole process leading up to making it a routine is hard. everyone has strengths and weaknesses, and i have had troubles with starting and continuing. tbh the only reason why i’ve been able to make it 1.5 months is because i stopped putting so much pressure on when i should workout and focus on when i feel i need it most, which is 3x a week (ideal for me).
@@KlearChristal that depends entirely on the situation. You’re assuming the person is entirely able bodied and minded. The second hardest part was convincing myself to get back on a horse, not knowing how much pain I would be in, not knowing if he would toss me (as he also had a year off), and if he did toss me not knowing if I would end up disabled. If you’ve had any injury and don’t know your bodies capabilities anymore, or have any form of social anxiety about if people will make fun of your weight at a gym, etc, starting is by far the most daunting part.
