Tie Rod replacement (driver/left side) -- 2007-2011 Nissan Sentra SR

I will be replacing the inner and outer tie rod. The process is the similar for most makes and models, but the car in this video is a 2011 Nissan Sentra SR, so the process is the same for all Sentra's from 2007-2012 and for the right side. I will be taking it in to the shop to get it aligned.

Great video but do you put thread lock or antiseize on outer tie rod? How are they gonna do alignment?

Use thread lock. before you put the new tie rod in, adjust it as close to the original as possible to the original positioning so that it does not affect the drivablility of the car too much that way you can drive it to get alignment done at a shop.
It's not viewable in the video, but before I took out the old tie rod, I used a marker to mark the position of the nut locking the outer tie rod in place. I adjust the nut on the new one as close to the original marking as I could with both tie rods next to each other.
