Archana Kavi is an Indian Actor, Content creator and a RUclipsr. She has acted in several Malayalam movies. Her RUclips channel which goes by her name is hugely popular and she has already produced several popular web series like Meenaviyal, Toofan Mail on her channel. On the acting front she was an overnight success with her debut in the superhit movie Neelathamara directed by Lal Jose. She acted in a few movies after that, but none of them could replicate tthe success she had with Neelathamara. She acted in a serial called Rani Raja on Mazhavil Manorama, a General Entertainment Channel in Malayalam.
In this episode Archana shares her journey from being a film actor to a RUclipsr and content creator. She speaks truthfully about the mental health issues that she is dealing with. She talks about the day-to-day struggles when handling the ups and downs that come with mental health disorders like Depression, Bipolar disorder and PMDD. She has always spoken truthfully about her mental health issues and continues to motivate others to accept them and seek effective treatment. She implores everyone to seek professional help by consulting Psychiatrists or Psychologists and help spread awareness about mental health issues. The stigma that surrounds mental disorders could be a roadblock, she endeavors to remove the stigma by sharing her life journey with us. Her life journey could be an inspiration to many as she has come out stronger every time she had to face a challenge. She also discusses her relationship with her ex-husband Abish Mathew and why things didn`t work out for the both of them. Her parents have been a strong support system for her all through her difficulties and continue to be her pillar of strength.
Archana is a survivor and a warrior, and these two episodes showcase her journey of struggles and how she overcame every setback, every challenge that was thrown her way.

It's worth watching this incredible interview with Archana. She has been thorough a lot but still has a smile on her face. Clinical depression is the worst ailment that any person could have. Most times, no one may notice that as this person can be functional in their day-to-day activities. Need tremendous support along with the medical treatment. Kudos to this beautiful girl who was so open about her mental health issues. Thank you, Dhanya, for hosting this wonderful interview. God bless both of you 🙏 ❤️

Though many people in our community are suffering from mental health illnesses only few people who seek for support. It could be because they are afraid of the social stigma that's attached to it.Hence many people are suffering silently..But in western countries there is huge support from the the health care and services are available for anyone who is experiencing these problems. And it is free of cost.We have long way to go to in our country with regards to health care services.

I was in 9th or 10th when archana released her youtube channel and videos and i still remember seeing it on my tab my achans friend gifted . It feels like a fever dream. You know . I used to obeserve her outfits and her interviews she did in her channel and years later when iam in 3rd years of engineering. And i look back. I remember those days and how you have been a part of my life in 10th. ❤
I have a dog❤😊.. I remember me in 18, alone and finally had a dog and i changed 100%, i was taught to love and to be loved❤ now I'm 31 and still remember my scoobee😊
