How to embrace vulnerability

This is the part 2 of the video I made on vulnerability.
If you need to feel safe to be vulnerable then it's no longer vulnerability.
For instance, in the Garden of Eden, the first environment God our Father created, Adam and Eve were naked and they never felt ashamed but right after the Apple issue happened, then this idea of been covered happened right🤷🏽‍♀️
If that Apple didn't happen, you and I will freely share and keep sharing but now the fall has now made us always want to cover and etc
But now, you & I are now in Christ, there's that grace in us and now we can live life freely.
Life is a journey, vulnerability is a journey, the more vulnerable you are, the more the environment around you becomes safe because now, it sees vulnerability as a norm.
Of course it's not easy, you will have to unlearn a lot of things, share when everything in you is screaming don't share, speak when you just want to be quiet, embrace intentionality like your life depends on it.
