I’m glad you got to see Jean again. Looking forward to seeing what you’re able to accomplish in February as well as hearing how all your adventures go! 🤗
You are so courageous Colette in speaking of Jean and her contributions to our community and needlearts in general. I would not be able to hold myself together and I didn’t know her personally. Jean is legendary for her love of family, her faith and people from all walks of life. She was such an encourager and enthusiastic ambassador for designers. Jean will be greatly missed by our community and beyond. Thank you❤
Happy to spend time with you. Jean will be so missed. Her smile was always so bright. Praying for relief to be able to enjoy your stitching. Happy Stitching! - Valerie
I'm so glad that you found some relief for your pain and are taking it easy with the tendinitis. On my Dimensions projects, I found it so hard to work with 4, 5, and 6 strands of floss. It put me off working on some of my pieces for several years. When I got them out to try again, I decided to do no more than 3 strands. What a joy they are to stitch again. This may help you, too. Ariadne colors are beautiful! Thank you for your kind words in remembrance of Jean. I hope you have a great few days to see friends and Barry concert. And, the trip to see your sister. Take care, be kind to yourself, and continue healing and stitching. ❤
So sorry about losing Jean Lea, our community will remember her for a long time. Gracious 6 years, thank you. Beautiful stitching. Hope you are feeling better, my prayers are with you. Enjoy your travels and Barry Manilow.
I hope you continue to find relief for your arthritis Colette. Congratulations o your six year anniversary on flosstube. Jean sounded like a wonderful lady through all the people I watch. I’m sure she will be terribly missed. I’m glad you have wonderful memories of her,I hope the bring a smile to your face at this difficult time. Safe travels, love and blessings x
Hi Colette Jean Lea is going to be greatly missed. She was a Fantastic Lady. Love all of your Projects. Beautiful Stitching. Take Care & Happy Stitching ❤️🤗🙏🧵🪡🧵❤️🐾🐱🐾❤️
Where did time go? 6 years of flosstubes! What an achievement! Very glad to hear that healthwise you feel better. I am in the doghouse. Missed a step on the stairs and hurt my leg. So many hours in a chair, bur good for my stitching! I wish you a lot of fun on your trips and a great time with your sister. And a great progress on your stitching😊
Here’s a wish that we always have shock absorbers in our lives. Though we may lose some, may there always be a supply to help us on those bumpy roads. Safe and happy travels. 🤗

Happiness is hearing that you are feeling much better!! You do definitely take the lumps and bumps out of my day! I hope you have a very blessed time with your friends on your traveling this month! Sounds like such fun! I will be joining full coverage journey…taking up again…my first, and one and only full coverage…inspired by our friend Brenda who I started watching in March of 2020…I binge watched as she was the joyful angel who guided me through the pandemic. I love hearing that you are such good friends! I started The Stitching Shelf (waaay over my skill level). I love it, but am slowly making progress and will enjoy doing more this month!! It’s starting to get a little warmer in NC and I hope your weather stays pleasant for your trip!! 🥰 l can’t finish without sharing your sadness about the loss of Jean. Your words were beautiful and she will be so missed by so many who she has profoundly inspired for so many years 🙏💕
Congratulations on the 6 years on flosstube! I'm so glad your health is improving and you can do your full coverage February after all! My only full coverage is a little 5x7 dimensions snowman! 😂 I'll pull it out just for you! Have fun on your trips and be safe. 💕
So now I've got this stuck in my head... "Wasting away in ColletteWIPville, searching for my lost needle and threads..." It's wonderful to see you loving your languishing projects. I'm sorry for your loss of a friend. She has always been spoken of as a loving, encouraging woman, and she will be missed by so many. 😢 I stitched on my retired HAED as I watched. Safe travels and continued health. 🙏
Colette glad things are working out for your arthritis! Jean will diffinitly be missed. Have a wonderful trip. I will be working on my 1 full coverage.
Hi Colette For Christmas my friend gave me a Dimensions Kit of Santa's Journey. Well--------I don't like 4 or 5 threads too hard to pull through so I use 3 threads. It looks good, it is not going on display, and there aren't any cross stitch police. Glad you are better, January was a tough month with colds and a neighbor passing. Thank you for sharing. Hugs ann
So happy to hear you are feeling better. You are always so motivating to me. I love the gratitude quote, you should stitch that up. Enjoy full coverage February.
Glad you are feeling better somewhat anyway. Working on my full coverage stocking. Awesome 6 yrs!❤ love you and your videos.ha I still have my first full coverage and restarted it and haven’t gotten very far. Lol Enjoy your trip!
Thanks for the wonderful recap of sampler symposium! Great photos! I was able to go last year but not this time. I’m grateful I got to check off a bucket list item by going. I would have loved to get the welsh samplers, and the needlework press ones as well. And Jeanette Douglas’s kit looked amazing!! Love your Jeanette Douglas piece (Matter in Hand) - 😍going to buy that today. Safe travels! - Sara aka Janesays8
I'm glad to hear that you've found some relief for your arthritis and your tendonitis, Colette. I appreciate your tribute to Jean. I never met her, but I know that her influence has been part of my stitching through all of the people who did meet her and have shared about her over the years. I'm so far behind on our stitch! Does that surprise you? LOL, you're always ahead of me. We need to chat SOON! Glad you're feeling better. Love u always and forever! ❤
I decided to jump into full coverage with your frog. I bought the pdf so I would be ready to start when the floss got here. Then I found out that it takes 90 business days to get the floss here. . Probably no start in Full coverage February. Will be happy when it arrives.
Hi Collette. I’m so very sorry for the loss of your friend, Jean. I never had the pleasure of meeting her, though I would have liked to.
