I don’t think I’ve ever thanked you for all of the beautiful photos at the beginning and end of your videos. Thank you for showing us God’s beautiful earth.❤️ It looks like an another adventurous stitch maynia for you. Have fun and I’ll enjoy seeing your update at the end of maynia. Enjoy your lacing class and Happy Stitching! - Valerie
I can see why you keep coming back to the lace maker more frequently than to other full coverages despite all these unending ninja stitches, just gorgeous 😍
Your lace work and full coverage pieces always amaze me, Colette. I can't imagine how you keep it all straight! Fare well with all your stitching endeavors!
Stitch Maynia was started 9 years ago by coffee stitcher and A stitch in time. A stitch in time completely deleated her channel shortly after starting stitch Maynia, and coffee stitch stopped filming about a year ago. I love how people have made it their own and are continuing on with the madness. Love you line up, I hope you have lots of fun this month!! Happy Stitching.
Thanks Dee! I knew Coffee Stitcher and Stitch In Time started Maynia but decided to keep my explanation to the Facebook group. Watched both their floss tubes. I couldn’t believe how many new starts, Stitch In Time did all the time!
I love Maynia! I will not participate this year, but it's so fun to see videos on other people's plans. The lace piece is just stunning, and I understood just what you were explaining. So beautiful! The photos at the end are also so beautiful. I look forward to seeing the continuation of the Frog piece, too. Have fun in your class. ❤
It’s really hard to explain the lace process so I’m glad you understood! I just finished my first day of the lace class and got another section of the frog done! Yay!
Hi Colette. Thank you for the update and all those wonderful photos! I hope your Maynia went well. I stitched Barbara Ana's Spooky Tree, which was a lot of fun. ⚘️
I love Spring. Especially May, my birthday month. Your photography is gorgeous. Such clear rich colors. Loved the flowers. It’s almost the middle of May, I’m catching up. Hope you’ll be back on again soon. Happy Maynia!🪡
I love your Ponopoly of Posies. It's so beautiful with your conversation. I also love your One Nation. The gray fabric is so beautiful with those colors. It's definitely my favorite version I've seen.
Thanks for the stitch Maynia explanation, it is one of the clearest I have seen. I will look forward to seeing all that you do! And I will never be sad for you to show your lacemaking - thanks!!
Hope your Maynia is going according to plan! My plans went down the drain with my busted elbow. But I’ve been able to finish a Mill Hill and a Satsuma ornament so that’s something! Thanks for sharing your stitching and be well my friend!
Hi Colette. Your Mathis plans look wonderful. I have always wanted to stitch the Prairie Life Sampler. I have never participated in Magnus before, but I may do some combination of it this year. Your photos are stunning. We have mountains here but nothing like those. As usual, your lace work absolutely fascinates me. I have never seen a pillow like the one you are currently working on. Nor have I seen the glass holders. Your work is exquisite. Thank you for sharing everything. Stay safe and enjoy your upcoming travel.
What a gorgeous tulips were there at the beginning of your video! I am a great tulip lover, but that is probably because I am Dutch. Enjoyed your video again very much. And what a planning you did for Stitchmaynia! Will love to follow your progress.
Lol stitch maynia! Lol will be a continuation of full coverage Feb, so guess monogamous maynia! Suppose could put totem down as am not going to be done by mY 29th but I want this one finished asap. Oh the colours in baby sampler is so pretty, love the colours. Love your maynia ideas… and WOW patience to lace! Wow amazing! Love your videos and our visits! And always your gratitude.❤❤
Some old friends coming up in May! Safe travels over the next few weeks. I never did Maynia. I try to keep my WIP count pretty low, so the idea of so many random starts just made me break out in hives LOL. I'm working on my Morrison Dragon until the first, then it's over to the Birdhouse SAL on the first.
Happy trip! Love all your inspirasjon! Have fin! Im stitching right now at the birdhouses ! Love IT and hate the fence 🤗😇😎 regards Gurli in Norway 🇳🇴💞🙏
Where is your Maleficent going to be placed in your home? I am just curious. With your lace and other needle art? I loved seeing your lace in progress. I understand part of it but not all - I am a person who does better seeing something rather than envisioning it but it was awesome seeing you unroll what you have completed. I hope you have a great time on your trips and enjoy your stitching and lace lessons.
Thank you! I totally agree with you! Seeing the lace techniques in person helps to understand it better. It’s not an easy craft to explain! I haven’t decided what my plan is for Malificent yet.
Actually they will be sewn together as I go. Once I get down to the bottom of the first strip and turn the page around every time I lace next to the first strip I connect it with a sewing Hope that is understandable. It’s hard to describe and easier to show! Of course once I get to that part I’ll be able to show it. 🙂
I've thought about doing monogamous May, but I'm afraid I'd get bored working on one project. I've only done two sal's. I guess I just like stitching what I want when I want. Right now though, I'm looking for easy stitching. I bought a little book of small patterns recently, but I can't find it. The patterns are only two by two. There are 12 patterns to choose from.
I’m very tempted to “stitch what I want when I want” next year. Not sure if it will work, though, because I love to organize and schedule what I want to stitch next. 😂
Maynia isn’t for me as I stitch monogamously, but I enjoy seeing what other stitchers do. Your photography is beautiful. Some adventures don’t need explanation 😊 🪡🪡🪡

Thanks Lidia! 💕💕💕
Maynia is something I have never done but it sure is fun watching you and Brenda the Handwork Maniac do it.
I like to do it even though it’s not really an official challenge
anymore. 🙂
Thanks for the stitch Maynia explanation, it is one of the clearest I have seen. I will look forward to seeing all that you do! And I will never be sad for you to show your lacemaking - thanks!!
Thanks Emily! It’s not always easy to explain what I’m doing with the different laces, so I’m glad everyone enjoys it! 💕💕💕
Hope your Maynia is going according to plan! My plans went down the drain with my busted elbow. But I’ve been able to finish a Mill Hill and a Satsuma ornament so that’s something! Thanks for sharing your stitching and be well my friend!

Hi Colette! I enjoyed seeing your Maynia plans and look forward to seeing your progress.
Thanks Jackie! I’m not doing as well as I had hoped but stitches are still getting in! 😁
Loved seeing your May pieces!!!
Enjoy your maynia stitching.
I enjoyed the video. Enjoy your lace and cross stitch days.
It’ll be fun to see what you get accomplished this month! Enjoy your lace time this week.
Thanks Sarah! First day of lace class and I’m really happy with my progress! And when I got home I even got some stitching done. Amazing! 😄
Your stitching is lovely.

Great video.🍀🍀 enjoy your stitching
Thank you!

I have friends that feel the same way! That’s what makes stitching fun, to see how everyone does it!
I might try to make a Stitch Maynia plan... sounds like fun! Great to see your projects!
If you like to set goals or do challenges in your stitching it’s a lot of fun. 💕💕💕
Happy trip! Love all your inspirasjon! Have fin! Im stitching right now at the birdhouses ! Love IT and hate the fence 🤗😇😎 regards Gurli in Norway 🇳🇴💞🙏
We should start a hash tag on Instagram called #hatethefence 😂
@@highwaystitchercoletteking5633 🤣🤣🤣yeahh im in to that!!
Your birth sampler for Avery is lovely. I like your colorway better than the charted one. I also love Panoply of Posies. ❤ Happy Maynia.
Thanks Lynn! 💕💕💕

What will you do with the lace when finished…. I am blown away!!! It’s beautiful!!!
Thank you! Some of the lace I make I frame, some I attach to jewelry I make, some into trim for clothes and some as wedding garters. 🙂💕
Great video!! Question: Will you hook the 3 strips of bobbin lace together? Thanks! Happy stitching!!
