Fantastic tour thankyou i’m 56 tears old consider myself a bit of a car enthusiast and many of the cars you showed and talked about had some interesting things i had nor known i do want to add that even though the Caddilac Allante is considered a failure by most i personally liked the car and ironically because of its reputation you can really find some very low mileag ones ar great pricing currently besides i like quirky things as i was raised in a house that always had a British car in the garage at some stage of a restoration or a rebuild by my Father and I whenever he could recruit me and i spent many hours turning Whitworth wrenches my Dad bought at Flea Markets and other sales because most Americans didnt know what they were plus my Dad was too cheap to buy a co,plate set for one large price tag in his defense they were outrageously expensive in the United States years ago comparing to todays market
Aaron thank you very much for sharing your car collection with us. I've had over 245 cars. My uncle Peter had a 71 280SL. I took care of a car collection for a man- 17 cars. Thank you for sharing your collection- extraordinary special. I loved it.
BOY, THAT WAS SO NICE OF YOU TO SHARE WITH US...YOUR BEAUTIES... AND BOY ARE THEY!!! I ESPECIALLY LIKE ALL THE OLD THE ROLLS AND PACKARD AND CORD AND THE HORCH(THE FIRST ONE) MAN, THEY'RE SO GORGEOUS TO BEHOLD! LOVE THEM!!! & THE LAST MERCEDES...AND THOSE OTHER 20'S, 30'S, 40'S BABIES....WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW!!!!!! AND YOU'RE A DOLL TO TAKE THE TIME TO LET US FEAST OUR EYES. *BLESS YOU AND YOUR DARLING WIFE.*
A row of V-16s that’s so awesome. My mom used to tell the story of one night in 1950, her dad came back from a card game driving a Cadillac V-16. Guess the entire working-class neighborhood and all the kids got a ride in it! Wonderful collection, thanks for sharing and telling the stories behind each of them. 👌🏼👍🏾
Magnificent collection! I'd love to know if there is one car Mr. Weiss would love to add to his collection that he has not been able to add yet? Appreciate him sharing it with us....nearly all my cars have been my fave colour blue too.
I lived and worked in Pasadena for over 20 years up through 2009 and I'm wondering how I never heard of this museum. I absolutely love prewar cars and I am in awe of these beautiful works of art.
Thank you for sharing. Having our history preserved as you have done just makes me feel wonderful. The Mercedes cabriolet looks like Priscilla Moorman's or Jane Morton's that used to grace Arden Road.
Awesome cars I love all of them and thanks for sharing. I hope 1 day I'll have my dream cars. Right now they are all 1/18 scale diecast cars. Someday real ones. God bless you all and Jesus loves you all
A wonderful and fascinating guy, with an incredible collection! I do wish we could spend more time looking at each car. We mostly just saw a front view of each one, doggone it.
Amazing collection wish Aaron would do shows focusing on one car at a time a la Jay Leno. Flying A garage im all in! Thanks for sharing your wonderful cars.
Beautiful collection and I can tell how much each is appropriate for what is. A true car guy, not someone just bought something. Very cool and thanks for sharing.
Wonderful collection - clean and shiny too! Where to begin, so many notes. Ok - if it hasn’t yet, Cincinnati’s concourse would probably love everything you have, but I cannot recalling ever seeing a Horch there - that was stunning. Also great were the VW Razor and 914-6 as well as the trio of Topaz Blue Benz’s, particularly that 280SL - beautiful! The 300CD is great too; was half expecting your wife to step out from the camera! You should do a deep dive on each of the V-16’s, one by one as well as each Mercedes. Would love to see the motor, interior and you sitting in all the seats. (Make Doug DeMuro proud!) Great stuff - look forward to more!
Curtains for a Roadster! And a speedometer in the back seat! Such great historical info. A wonderful "cherry-picked" collection. Glad this is not a secret any longer. Thanks, Aaron. Your collection is beautiful. What is your daily driver now?
Thanks, a nice quick overview of many cars; interestingly I would like to see details, close ups, inside etc, of many ,if not most....AUBURN,CORD, STUDEBAKER,Dusenberg in particular being from Warsaw INDIANA.....AND living in Helena Valley now....
My father has wanted the 29 Auburn boattail for as long as i remember. Wow! And my dad owned a 56 Mercedes 2door. It was so fine, and ran like his modern Mercedes it would fly!!! What a car collection, well done. And as a side note, i discovered that my 450SL had many of the same parts that John Deere trackers have so when i rebiult the a/c high and low presure lines and fuel injectors, instead of buying from Mercedes of North America, i bought from John Deere service dept. Saved $450, on just one high side a/c hose and several 1000s overall. Thanks for putting your babies on youtube!
@@PetersenMuseum To me. It's always the owners passion or borderline obsession for the vehicles that makes a car video good or not. Doesn't matter what car it is that much. Gotta love em.
This guy doesn’t know what they’re worth because obviously he doesn’t have to worry about knowing what they’re worth. What an enviable position! Amazing collection! Thanks for posting.
When John Paul Getty was asked what he was worth, replied: "Anyone who knows what he is worth, can't be worth very much!" I love it that some have the money to own these lovely cars and share them with us.
OH MY *GOD!* OH DEAR *GOD!* LOOOOOK AT THESE CARS!!! I WONDER IF THIS MAN WILL EVER SELL A COUPLE OF THEM AT LEAST TO ME!!! I WILL *CONTINUE* TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEM..BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY DRIVE THEM! NICELY. ...OH DEAR...THEY ARE SOOOOO BEAUTIFUL! THIS HAS GOTTA BE MY FAVOURITE STUFF...IN THE WORLD!! IT IS.
Hello Sir. What an absolute magnificent collection of outstanding highly collectable works of art. Maybe one day if I get over to the USA, I'll would love to see your collection for real. Take car and be safe. Dip in the United Kingdom.
What a treat. The only other Horsch I've seen was at MBZ Motor in the San Fernando Valley. Wow! Two United States Rolls Royce! One of one Body by Fischer V16 - truly amazing! Back when Packerds were considered to be the best cars in the world, bar none. Easily the most beautiful car in the world. Improvements aside, there was no real improvement in the later models. Reminds me of my first Porsche: a 1972 914 Deluxe, as it was called in a bright green color with a vinyl roof and 5-Speed transmission. In 4 years, I put 93000 miles on the car. I love the Topaz Blue. Great color and great choice. The Alante had fit and finish problems and also mechanical problems as a friend couldn't wait until the lease was up and could get out of the car. Great choice on the 300SE, which I also like the best of the two cars by far. AF
Gotta say, that's a fine looking pair of Mercedes Benzes (❤️ing that two tone paint!) .. and the E-Type looks good too .. you know I can't say for sure, but I suspect there may be more to see !!! Just Beautiful !!! 😁
I wan't to be this guy when I'm old. I have the coolest cars ever in my garage, but not because you think they are cool, I just like these cars type of guy.
Beautiful collection. I especially loved the 1930s cars But I get what you meant by “I have no favourite but it’s safe to say, they were all my favourites when I bought them”.
👍Most enjoyable indeed. Much respect for your enthusiasm and commitment in the preservation of these one of a kind vehicles. This collection is “Stunning” 👌I can see why you have no favourites. You can get away with it by saying the one I’m driving now is my favourite. 🥂 cheers, you made my day...👍
Wow, fabulous for sure. Maybe next time a look under the hood here and there? My dad sold Mercedes at Palmer Motors in Long Beach, California. Mr Palmer lived to be 105. Lets see you beat him, and driving! Thanks a bunch, Paul Venne, Bangkok Thailand
half way through and i dont know how much WOW is worth but SIR you have a beautiful collection love all of those late twenties and thirty cars i would die for on of those !!!
Beautiful collection Mr. Weiss, thank you for the tour. Do you still have the Buick Skylark convertible? I remember your showing it at various times over the years, a wonderful car, and a treat to see!
Well, I'm looking forward! Just like I'm looking forward to the new James Bond film! Whoo-hoo! To both! See you then everybody (and as far as 007 goes the more we look out for each other the sooner it'll be!) Take care everyone! 😄 .. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 ...
Such a great collection. Beautiful cars and you barely can focus on the fine craftsmanship due to the camera shaking like the cameraman has Parkinson's. Definitely needing some sort of image stabilization. Hell even ask the camera to focus on one thing for 20 seconds at a time would help. Still awesome video.
This collection reminds me of collections in years gone by, like the Harrah Museum in Sparks, NV- 1400 cars of the classic 1930's era. As the people who own these cars age, I wonder if they will retain their popularity.
Outstanding collection put together. The red 1956 Mercedes 300SC I'm thinking 🤔 that Chuck Braums or Lothar restored in the mid 80's, burlwood/ palomino interior. Did a ground up in 1981 on a brown 1956 300SC once owned by Clark Gable restored in Costa Mesa, California. Help restore about 75 300S & 300SC. Also helped ground up on 1935 Horch 833 cab and 1937 Horch 853 cab Newport Concourse 1980-1981 1st prize.
Why not some interior shots. Good for the being able to see the private collection, but he just doesn't have the kind of vibe say Leno has. But thank you so much.
Well there was a Peerless V16, just didn't make it into production. But the prototype survives. I'm a non-wealthy but show and museum going auto fan so I've seen most of these models in person save the 42 T&C (and of course the Horch). I'm old enough to remember when I could put the 914-6 (and even a 190SL) on the obtainable list. Wrote the 190SL off as way too slow no matter how pretty it was, but the 914-6 has held my attention despite its Volks derivation and no bucks interior. For the money though I'd rather have an early 70's pre-bumper or euro spec 911S - or a 280SL 4 speed for that matter.

instablaster...
I wish they filmed more details of the cars like the interior for example
A true car person, doesn't know what the cars are worth or what they'll sell for but just loves each car, the only way to enjoy cars.

My take on note cards: it's not because you don't know; it's because you want to get it right. I appreciate that. What a collection!

Holy Mackerel. I know historical automobiles. The collection is stunning.
Great collection from Aaron, had the privilege to work on a lot of these cars from my work at Redlands CA.
What a great collection. Each with a personal story as well as a third of them involving your wife. Many blessings on a long and happy life.

It’s his private collection. But these guys are all so paranoid, it’s a shame they are “secret.” Well we got a peek ha.
Great collection and a great tour! More please!!!!!

I'll take the Packard; Thank you very much!
Well done Sir.
Thank you!
Beautiful collection
What a collection.
Great content, but the camera work could be improved. Maybe a stabilizer (gimbal) or a tripod would be a good investment into the video's quality.
Thanks for the tips!
