Hi there! So I have a few gems to stop lol
1) the Olay body conditioner works best if you don’t wash it off but let it soak into your skin while wet so you won’t need to use another lotion after you get out of the shower (don’t dry off with a towel)
2) Olay has a lotion called daily recovery and hydrating shea butter lotion. It’s literally the BEST lotion that they have and it smells great. You can only get it at Walmart and I think you’ll love it.
3) for eczema outbreaks the cetaphil antibacterial bar soap and the cortisone 10 intensive healing lotion, eczema cream does wonders!

I loved the video and the products you are using! Tip from a esthetician: brush your teeth before doing skincare. Especially if you are sensitive to eczema. Bacteria from your mouth and irritants from the toothpaste can trigger local acne and other skin problems if they linger on the skin. So i brush my teeth and make sure to cleanse the skin afterwards with a facial cleanser.
Coming from a person with eczema and sensitive skin I love this routine! Also I use my eczema cream on my face too 😂😂 it works!! Love the video hun 💕

I started taking cooler showers one year in middle school because our hot water tank was messed up….when I tell you my eczema took a monumental turn…Take cooler or cold showers if you are having bad flaking from your psoriasis or eczema

I recently switched to one of the silicone sponges I was worried I wouldn’t like it I used to use exfoliating gloves but I love the silicone sponges definitely worth a try you also won’t have to switch it out as often because I hear the silicone sponges don’t harbor as much bacteria as Loofahs or exfoliating gloves.
