    Its so terrible & telling with how negative all these comments are. This club has absolutely destroyed the fan base in this city. I never would've ever guessed this city would give up on hockey, starting with myself. But it is happening

    Money is never the problem here, to win you need good players. This owner gave Eichel 10 million, Dahlin 11, Skinner 9 million, the Sabres owner offered Parise and Suter 102 million each and they both picked Minnesota instead…money isn’t a problem

      @CharleB-sabres sabres should go after Bill Guirren for team president. He kept the wild relevant under both buyout contracts. Sorry for the name misspell auto correct lol

    Byram is gonna make more than 5M if its with the Sabres or another team . Ive said Bo isnt perfect but hes been one of their best dmen when u look at the "All Around" that a dman needs to do . Its not always about racking up the points . This is IMO of course

    The salary cap floor needs to be raised by a greater percentage than the cap ceiling or you won’t see any meaningful player movement.

      So he shouldn’t have signed Cozens to 7 million after 31 goals? Not signed Tage after 37-47 goals? Not signed Dahlin after he had all those points? Who would we have signed instead? Nobody would come here so sign our own players is a no brainer…Cozens is only question mark at moment

    Josh Anderson for a first round pick? This little guy is so out of touch and has no idea of what he’s talking about. Montreal would give Anderson away for one of Tages broken sticks. His contract is horrible and so is he. He can stand around and that’s it.

    Internal cap 💯. Im sure GMKA tried and tried but it's a tough pitch i guess. Without huge over payment like Zucker . We have to win more to attract a prominent UFA or a valued trade piece.

    • @chrismdb5686
      @chrismdb5686 2 дня назад

      They tried to trade for and sign Seth Jarvis from the Hurricanes this off-season and would have done it if not for the fact Jarvis declined to sign an extension. GMKA can't spend money if players refuse to sign contracts with him.
      This "internal cap" garbage that "fans" keep spewing is an awful way to deflect the problem onto ownership and deny the reality that players avoid Buffalo like the plague. Careers come here to die, and no one wants to play for an organization with the longest playoff drought of any top level major league sporting organization in North America, period.

      @@chrismdb5686Their opportunity came after they missed the playoffs by 1 point. Instead of taking advantage of the positive vibes Kevyn spent a fortune keeping the team together (7M for Okposo, Girgs, and Jost still baffles me). That summer was a colossal failure.
