I'm noticing very little chemistry & a lot of panicking. Especially on the power play & defensive zone. We don't play well as a team. Miscommunication on the ice all the time. Everyone or a few need to step up regardless of age or experience. 2 for 38 on the PP?? Wtf is that. Makes no sense to pull a goalie at all. We can't capitalize on the PP. Until that changes the losing will unfortunately continue. 3 out of 26 possible points 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I’m not a fan of the GSAX stat. It’s based on opinion, not fact. To say that a goalie should have saved a goal or stopped a shot that he had no chance on is speculative at best. A save is a save and a goal against is a goal against. To add a “gray area” to a black and white position is nonsense. The goalie either saved the shot or he didn’t. It’s that simple.

Levi was solid in his last game (the first leafs game i think) He only let in 4 goals.... out of an expected 5.5 while he was in net. (seriously the Leafs killed us that game) I think he and UPL have the same problem. They can both be a bit streaky and tend to do worse the less they play.

I hate how SOFT this league has become! We don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, so we’re going to give teams that make it to OT a “Participation Trophy” Point if you end up losing! I’m sorry to be “mean”, but if one team gets a “W” for a Win, then the other team deserves an “L” and ZERO Points for it!! Why is it that my OCD caught the betting odds on screen were different? He was talking about the Sabres/Islander odds, but on screen it was Sabres/Leafs. No one in chat even noticed or mentioned it. Levi needs to stay in the minors for another 2 years. Bringing him up only if there is an injury. Sabres ruin to many player bringing them in to early & not letting them develop in the minors. Benson, Cozens, Quinn, Kulich, Levi, Krebs & thats justvthe current roster. The list goes on if you wanna talk about past players. So sad

Dont make a trade at this point. The moment is gone. Just stick it out and see if players rebound next year. Had offense 2 years ago, had good goal tending last year and now we have neither. Sad.

Keep Byrum, trade Power. We bought out Skinner because he didnt play any D. Power is a defensman & doesnt play any D. He will never be a good D man in this league. Only chance he has is if they move him up to a forward position which wouldnt happen either. Trade him now while he is worth something.

Adams has done a crap job structuring this team...no problem trading Savoie but use him to get a top 4 RHD that plays defence first, right now trade Jokiharju for DeSharnais bc it's the best you can do to get a physical RHD at this point of the season, not a top 4 but neither is Jokiharju. I think you have to trade for 2 wingers on second line, might help get Cozens out of his funk. Get some vets, Kreider, Nelson etc Love Bensons heart but he is dumped on his keyster every shift. Lafferty and Kubel were terrible signs but what do you want when you don't have no palm trees lol Adams has done crap to improve this team. He must have something on Pegs to still be the GM. Bring in Burkie is all I can say

Why is it frickin Pegula does what he has to do to make the buffalo bills a winner but he can't hire a proper general manager to navigate the sabres into at least a competitve and respectable team that he himself can live with let alone the fans that pay good money to see the same old mediocre hockey team from year to year, over and over again. I can't pretend to know what a man is thinking, but Ruff has no reason to be motivated at this stage of his career. That is why I thought he was a poor hire. He's qualified but I question his motivation. I believe this is a paycheck to him, more than a true challenge to rebuild and shape the team he once played for, and coached. But the organization is broken at a fundamental level. Sabres have loads of talent - talent that the whole league would love to have. They can't make it work. A high percentage of the players that leave the Sabres end up all-stars or substantial contributors on the next team. Firing a Ruff or Adams is not the fix for the fundamental inability to develop talent and be competitive. Go Sabres... I'm getting old...stop making me wait...

Dahlin IS part of the problem! He’s weak and soft! He sucks at playing his position. Might as well just play wing. What do people see in him, or any of our “talent”. The problem I see, is that there is no talent or hockey awareness on his team. They’re just a bunch of guys who skate around, like a Sunday rec skate. Sometimes you see guys, who do have some great hair, and they’re not even sweating at the end of the game. Why can’t Adams make trades? Has nothing to do with people not wanting to play in Buffalo. Has everything to do with the league knowing that this team just has no talent or heart.
