so this video made no sense to me. the guy showed that the battery was dead, however, he didn't hook up the stupid jump starter to show it would start the engine! i was going to click off this video till i clicked on the end and saw him hooking up the "gooloo." so i watched the video to the end and saw the gooloo start his truck. i'm guessing all this "creative staging" in this video is just having people turn off the video before they even see him hooking up the jump starter. NOT THE BEST video i've ever seen.
With this particular video I wanted to do something a little different and you are probably not wrong with some of your opinions but as they say it is what it is... Appreciate the feedback 👍.
I have the same GooLoo. My little Toyota RAV4's battery died, the GooLoo wouldn't start it. I don't think I did anything wrong on using the GooLoo.
Interesting... I would just say, make sure the jump pack is charged to a minimum of 50% like the user manual says, verify connections on the battery terminals and I know that it has a boost button on it that can be used depending on the color of the LED indicator. Worst case scenario reach out to Gooloo and see if they can warranty it🤷♂️. Good luck with it👍

Almost definitely user error. People don't read their instruction manuals and then think the product doesn't work.
If the light is not turning green, but when it's blinking or when there are no lights at all on the Gooloo GP4000 it means the 12v battery is so empty that it doesn't measure any current. When that happens you have to press the boost button and the green light turns on. Then you have 30 seconds to start the car. And it will start a Toyota Rav4 even with only the GooLoo connected to the cables of your car.
