Bose QC Headphones: How to Connect & Pair to PS5 via Bluetooth

- I show you how to pair and connect a pair of Bose Quietcomfort (also QC 35 & QC 45) headphones to a Sony Playstation 5 console (PS5) via Bluetooth. Note that I used the Bluetooth adapter from Avantree which supports aptX low latency. Also included is mini mic to chat in gaming. I hope this helps.

Why the f do you need to put an extra mic dongle in. There is already a mic in the PS controller?

Why the mic dongle when the contrôler has built-in mic?
Great video! How is the sound quality? my 35s came with a wire that connected to my ps5 but it sounded horrible compared to how the headphones sound connected to my phone/tv using Bluetooth

How bad is the latency? Is this a superior setup to the pulse 3ds in terms of ease of use? I game with voice and hate boom mics. The pulse 3Ds are the only thing I’ve found that fit all my needs but I wish the audio quality was Bose level otherwise
Also, specifically the microphone audio quality as well? I’d love to hear a comparison of the two setups honestly

You can’t use the built in mic on the Bose headset? I don’t like that mic you plug into the controller or even the mic built into the controller,trying to see if I can use the built in mic on the headset

Bit late but if you plug the Bose cable to the controller you can use the mic on the wire instead of the avantree mic or the controller mic. Couldn’t get the headset mic itself to work though :/
I bought the same C 81 adapter to use with Bose Q5 35 headphones but nothing works. The headset does not connect to the dongle. The headset don't find the dongle at all
While plugged in hold the pairing button on adapter for like 15 seconds or until u see it flash led very quickly. Then try pair headphones again. I had this issue with my AirPods Max. In fact I have to reset the adapter like twice before it finally contacted.
Hi. I have an issue that my PS5 recognizes USB link as a keyboard. Headphones are connected to the USB adapter, but my console does not think it is a heaphones setup and I have no idea how to change it. Do you maybe know?

Im curious. Does the bluetooth headphone work while using the controller's Mic? Not the one you plugged into the controller's 3.5mm jack.
So if you just paired the USB dongle to the headphones, but didnt use the mic it comes with.

No… same way to connect just need to put earbuds in pairing mode first.
Is there a way you can have sound in the headphones and on tv?
Depends on tv model. We have a Sony or Samsung tv for grandma that she uses for Bluetooth headphones and the rest of us will listen from tv speakers.

I tried these same things on my ps4 and it had a lag that when i shoot i hear the audio 0,4sec later
