Skadi, Threatening Angie worked even though there's no Stat indicator because it's dependent on something else. You defeated Sasquatch in an earlier job. She is the Animal you take on in a boss fight during your job infiltrating the Grand Imperial Mall for Placide (Main Job: I Walk the Line). She's very high up in the Animals' hierarchy and really tough. So telling Angie that you're the one that defeated her is telling her that you can easily handle her and the huscle she's got with her. If you had managed to just sneak past Sasquatch and get to NetWatch agent without confronting her, you would not have even been given that dialogue option.
I'm a sucker for game levels with verticality and stealth gameplay. I remember this mission being a special treat for me. Of course, you don't much have to worry about being sneaky at this point. 😅
