Yes I used 45 minute fast setting compound. Reason being is that in conditions where I don’t think mud will dry on time we use fast setting and even if it doesn’t dry the next day we can still skim coat it. In this situation the space was not air conditioned yet during winter and only had small electric heaters on

Clean work I subbed, how are you able to run box down the middle when the first pass still looks wet? Do you mix some 45 or 90 in with it?
