I believe I need to exercise more patience and also trust my gut when I encounter challenges. It’s been a struggle but I’m learning to be better everyday.
Getting out of our comfort zone is tough, but in order to be successful, we have to sacrifice those moments of comfort and exchange that time to work towards our success, even if we value comfort high on the list. We know the rules of the game, but it is still not easy! I am someone who has trouble getting out of my comfort zone even though I am a very extroverted person, but this video is going to help me view that time in a different light, and will try to work towards my goal and spend a little less time "on the couch". I do value comfort and the idea of the "weekend", but I am slowly trying to transition out of that mindset. Thank you Stefan!

Stefan James , One of the most effective things from your work to me is how much more concise and charismatic, calm and assertive you have become lately since you have been focusing on building up your internal energy in the last couple years.
Comparing you now to 9 years ago, it is inspiring to see how you have followed your own advice and worked on yourself to exude wisdom,confidence, stoicism,etc.and show your other values non verbally.
Energetically,subconsciously, tonally, however you want to say it, Your most recent self improvements show and it is helping others like me to see what is possible through consistency and to follow your advice more clearly. I just wanted to say people are noticing and appreciating the work you are doing on yourself, and even that is helping others. Thanks for all your hard work and your heartfelt advice. 😳 Very eye opening... simple things that I thought are self explanatory completely got new meaning. I thought Security is on everybody's 1st position, how otherwise and I thought growth everyone wants, but it wasn't on my list in the top 10. It's crazy how you think you want things that are not even on your top 10 value list and other things you don't think about are hindering you from the things that you want. How to change it though 🤷♀️
