Beautiful Place & View for a Log Home, Joas! It’s going to be sooo Beautiful! Have A Blessed Day!
Hi Montana haven family thank you for sharing a great video good job on the build looking forward to seeing the next video love ❤️ and blessings Larry June and Laurie

I can’t believe I enjoyed this type of video as much as I did!…Who Knew????🙏🏼👍🏻🙏🏼
I love watching these go up what a great site
I love log houses 🏘
That is going to be one beautiful house
Spectacular view! I really enjoyed watching this. I love how you are teaching your boys this trade and working along side them. God Bless you and your beautiful family. Praying Psalm 91 for protection over you, your boys and crew. 🙏
Thanks Carol for watching and for praying for us! Blessings!
Yes its risky and you have a good crane operator - seems essential
The people who commission these log cabins do they buy the site and have the plans drawn up already? Then the rest is up to you. The video you filmed for Christmas was beautiful. Priscilla is a lovely home maker. You should be pleased with yourselves. And the care you show to your employees at the party you gave them and the wonderful Christmas gifts you gave them. Peace and many blessings to you both and the children in Jesus name 🙏
Absolutely gorgeous
Wow. Judith
done just like the amish meadows channel, you and Elvie should compete on who does the best cabin building videos
Greetings from Bozeangeles! Love your videos! Merry Christmas!

The view is breaking & watching the men tight rope walking the top edge of the logs is very brave!! Blessings! 💜
Beautiful setting for any type of home, but this log home will definitely be awesome...thank you for bringing us along at your construction site..can't wait for the next episode..we have always wanted a log home, but because of location and job it wasn't feasible to have one...so I will enjoy this vlog anyway!

It is just amazing to watch the construction of this log home! The precision and placement of each log is incredible! I can’t wait to see this home completed. The view is spectacular! ❤️

It's amazing how proficient and, quick you and your family build these cabin's. I'm excited to see when, it will be completed. If I could ever manage to own a cabin. I would hire you and your crew to build it. I know it would be beautiful. Merry Christmas, and God bless, you all. 💖🎄🦅
Those men sure earn their pay! Experts in hard work and balance! Beautiful
Thank you Charles!
Wow! Amazing how precise the logs must be cut from the mill, I presume. And the crane work is impressive! Prayers for all of you always to be safe. May God bless you always.
I just think that’s about as close as we will get on this earth to the beauty of heaven! Spectacular view!
Thank you. Happy new year
Love!!👍👍
Phenomenal video! Who would ever dream a view like that is possible!! Piece of heaven on Earth!
This is not a complaint. Just realize that when watching your great construction crew, it is so pleasant to hear the construction noises rather than overmusic. Just a thought. Yes, what a gorgeous view and homesite. God Bless you all.
Thanks for the suggestion Mary!
Fantastic
I always like watching these cabins being assembled, but really like footage of the cranes picking and flying logs. Great work by all involved.
Absolutely beautiful view from the new home! Thanks for sharing this video Joas! So interesting to see how each home comes together! The twins are such hard workers!! Sending love and prayers to you all 🥰🙏🏻❤️
Very smooth crane operator! Nice work guys
I love the look of the hand scraped logs, makes it look more like a rustic log cabin. 😍

Really enjoy watching this process, definitely need to put Montana on my bucket list to visit.

That's a lot of work, in 4 days.

Thanks and blessings!
This is so fascinating, Joas! Thanks for sharing.
My dream was always to live in a log home. I really enjoy watching this type of video. Although I do enjoy your Montana heaven videos as well.
Thanks Kathy
Interesting building techniques for a log home. Some of the places you have to climb up to look dangerous. Be safe 🙏
Always interesting to see how you build! Like giant Lincoln Logs! Be safe! Hugs from Missouri 🤗
Blessings Candi!
love the video!
Thanks Jeriah!
Great video! I was just wondering though… Would you be able to give more details of about the different things that you are doing, and why you do them, in the future videos of this series? That would be so informative. 😊
Ahhh my🙈... I found myself Praying for you and your precious two son's, and also the other guys, that Abba will protect your every step working so high in the air! (I battle fear of heights😉😁) Good job Jonas! I bet precious Precilla has a nice warm home cooked meal waiting for her men! I just looove your You tube channel! Shalom 🛐
Thank you Sharon. Yes we have to be very careful and thank you for praying for us! Blessings!
The size reminds me of a house we built for Bissonett Log Construction of Ely, MN and put together in MI .
Amazing craftsmanship!!!!! Beautiful lot and plans. A cabin like that in my area would list for 1.7M or so. Just amazing.
What area are you in if you don’t mind giving that away? Or Region of country?
This is like playing with Lincoln logs.
I’m taking out our logs and start building.
😢we of course won’t have the beautiful view.
Can’t wait to see the final results!
❤️❤️❤️
Does t in this job pay well, OMG AMAZING
We try to be very fair and competitive with wages and are very grateful for our employees.
🙏🏻😊
Thank you for this series. Promises to be fun. Two requests though - the camera movements are a little fast, making the picture indistinct frequently. Second, the shooting/editing is abrupt, making it difficult to follow the process. Please follow a course of logs being laid so we can understand. Thanks.
Thanks for the tips :-)!
That’s Beautiful
Thank you Tonya!
Very well done! 😉
Thanks Steve!
This was insanely cool to watch and we love that it's something your boys have embraced as well!! Do you ever make a slight mistake or do you all have it down to such a science that mistakes aren't happening?
We aren’t perfect and we all make mistakes! Thanks for watching and blessings!
Are the log glued and not peged? Never mind I just saw a drill.
Looks lovely in the rural environment, and appreciate the great skill needed to build them, but how do log homes survive if there is a wild fire?
Very well it takes a lot to make a log burn.
Are you close enough to be able to go home each evening, while building this home, or do you need to stay in a motel? Great work!
We are several hours from home so we stay in a motel. Thanks for watching.
Very nice!
Is it more economical to build a log home than a conventional home? I always found log homes to be more beautiful. 👍🛠
Log homes will generally cost more than conventional.
🏡👍
Can't can't quite get my head around the company, is it your company that you own Joash? Or are you just part of the building team.
My two brothers and I own the company.
Fascinating to watch the build. Thoroughly enjoyed this video. What a gorgeous view the owner has. Wow! We’ve always talked about building a log home. Does your company build outside of Montana?
Hi Debbie,
Yes we build almost anywhere but we are booked out a bit over a year.
@@MontanaHaven Fantastic! We’re thinking about two years out anyway. I’ll review your business website. Excited!
Show us how you fasten the logs to each other?
We screw them together with long log screws.
🇾🇪🌷🌷🌷🙋🏼♀️
Hi Joas! I think it is amazing how you build those log homes - how did you learn how to do this? Silly me, I thought a lot got done for day 1!
I grew up in the business as my father was a pioneer in building log homes.
Do ladies work their too...?
We have our secretary lady but the tool bag carrying is all done by guys.
Where do y’all get all of your lumber from?
We get our lumber locally
@@MontanaHaven Nice !
I didn’t know Montana had such nice timber.
Y’all make beautiful homes.
I wished we would have known about you before we built our stick built house that was finished in 19.
We were looking for a quality Log cabin maker before we built, but couldn’t find one.
What is actual date of build?
We are currently building it.
Wild guess as cost per square foot ?😀
Hmm. Hard to say with fluctuating prices.
