If the program is in English, German is not required.
But during the study period in Germany, the university runs free German classes in the evenings. I took evening classes just to help myself communicate with German friends.
If you are not on scholarship, then a block account is vital for visa application processing. The embassy will open the block account for you and give you the details to fund the account.
After that, they will invite you to come and collect your visa.

All the 10 I listed have English taught programmes. You can apply for daad scholarship from daad website and choose the uni you would prefer. Two from ten are currently accepting applications.
All the schools I listed are free tuition.
Vocational trainings are mostly in German. My next video is about a vocation school. Set a notification reminder for this channel.

No, they are not. Some German universities doesn't charge tuition fees. Just a little semester contribution
