I’m sorry that happened to you and your son. If you watched the video, you’d see that nobody is asking you to pay anything. The video is showing you how to apply for admission yourself without paying anyone. You don’t have to pay anyone to apply for visa, too. You can do all these yourself.

No that is not true. Tuition free schools only charge semester fees which usually falls in the range of 100-300EUR most times.
