here at 2.10 sec at top its written as benefit & risk of test automation tool but below that its written that potential benefit of using tool to support test execution include :- reduction in repetitive step & other . so are these example of benefit of automation tool or any tool ,because from my understanding it example of automation tool not every tool because regression can only eliminated with automation tool.
