The pump heats up and an air bubble forms in the return line. What's the problem

In that case needs dignostic disassembly for visualy check inside of pump. major problem is there's a inflow of air(airtight compromised), loose inner nuts, or external 15mm o-ring damaged.

How to replace Diesel side oil seal on this pump you didn’t remove it

I can do it if I want to replace it, but I haven't seen this product leak from the oil seal in 9 years. Thank you

@@nos00 we do injection pump repairs
We normally replace the Oil seal but accidentally broke the front bearing you can’t buy that bearing anywhere in Sri Lanka it’s not available so we replace the oil seal but used the same bearing
