Hello, why did you took rebuilt the pump? It wasn't making enough pressure or it wasn't building pressure at all? Because my pump isn't building any pressure and im thinking about rebuilding or buying a new one

O-ring hardening, Oil leak occurs

I changed all seals on cp1 pump, but now at high load car stalls, under low load it drives good. All injectots checked, replaced both sensors on common rail. But problem started after replacing all seals. What coule be done wrong? Maybe too tight cylinder heads torqued? I am lost :D

I don't know about your car model, if there's problem with commonrail system.
first, at high load injector's fuel return quantity goes high causes stall.
second, fuel pump works fine at normal load, but it reaches high and pistons get heated causes pistons overload then can't generates pressure.
changing seals not fix all the problem. please diagnose your engine in multiple angle.
this is not the answer, just our opinion. thanks.

We do not use torque wrench when making this product. However, test for a long time on the test bench to check for leaks.

25 Nm for the 4 bolts at 4:39 sequence

Those tx40 bolts on the three caps are tight and very soft! Beware!
