I totally agree! This is so true and so many companies push you to sell to your warm market and I've NEVER felt comfortable doing that and never have! If they come to me that's a different story, but until then I refuse to chase people down and push insurance down their throats, they know where I am if they need me.
Yeah we had this conversation Peter coming from the same company starting out. Companies like that are built off the backs of agents who failed not who made it. It’s wild when you realize only 4-6% of all agents make it the 3 year mark.
I signed on with WFG at the beginning of the year and yes they too make you sit with 10 "training" appointments with family/friends. And they tell you to recruit to grow your own team. I will say they do have great training on the products, however, i have yet to make any sales because there is no lead gen, and my upline doesnt push the recruiting down our throats but they do tell us to prospect everyone even out grocery shopping and I'm just not down for that. I am learning everything i can but ultimately i do see myself leaving soon. I mainly own my own bookkeeping business and wanted to add insurance to my services.
Hey Peter , very good video . I can do better editing in your videos which can help you to get more engagement in your videos . Pls lmk what do you think ?
American Income Life. Disregard whatever stories you hear, the money is real as long as you WORK, those who say its a scam probably did not have a great work ethic. Free leads come work for my agency
I’m with the P company..I started with the family and friends to practice but moved on once I figured it all out and comfortable to speak! Your friends will circle back to you once they know hey they need you not the other way around

Preach!!! I have multiple businesses and I NEVER sale to family. Period !
I had to get out there and sale to strangers !!
Different view point 👍
Php agency! Learned a lot but I don’t think it’s the best way to learn to sell insurance.
Thoughts on Symmetry Finnancial Group? Or FFL?
I too am wondering about them
Curious how you guys offer “no chargebacks”? Do you put all your agents on as earned?
This sounds like every insurance company that has tried to hire me so far

Definitely better to sell to strangers...door to door is better
What are some good agencies that provide leads and are remote I don’t mind the lower commission pay
He has an agency ask him about his company.

@@pibylp I don’t have any proven experience I don’t think I’d qualify unless Peter takes agents that don’t have proven experience
