When I saw the tank fight I had to go back to Fishman Island and it really is the same sound effect. I thought there was no way I forgot something so silly but there's a lot of One Piece between then and now. I think most if not all of this tank fight was made from the imaginations of the animators, though. I don't think Big Mom's comment about where a tank is weak is accurate either. I don't remember seeing much in the way of tanks in OP rather than this one that Franky made anyway, and it was a non-canon line... Oda tends to look up things like that before he puts it on the page. I like Luffy's nickname for Ulti better than Ulti.
I dont actually kow how BigMom knows a Tanks weakness or How did she even know what a Tank is. And also how chopper got a hold of a modern pipe grenade, But i just let it slide because the episode was funny 😂

She doesn't get a ton of screen time and i actually fiind some humor in their sibling dynamic
