New Order - Sumner Interview 1989 (in German)

Interview with Bernard Sumner of New Order, circa 1989 (during US Tour).
This may have been an interview originally broadcast on US TV that was acquired by German TV channel Tele5, who dubbed over Bernard.
If anyone knows details such as TV programme, date broadcast, where the original interview came fro etc., please post in the comments.
I've only uploaded this as it seems fairly rare. For anyone that doesn't speak German, it won't make much sense. If anyone is willing to provide a translation, that would be great.
I've removed Fine Time & Round & Round videos to avoid problems.
PS Sorry for poor quality. This was taken from an old VHS tape which had seen better days.
