This happened to me when I was put on a water pill for high blood pressure. All I did was drink and pee. A gallon each of water and lemonade a day! I finally said this is ridiculous and stopped taking them. I lost 50 lbs and started yoga, and now no high blood pressure or high blood sugar. I still struggle with lymph backup and dehydration, so Thank you for the information.

We take it for granted we're healthy, afterall we exercise and eat right, take appropriate supplements as needed so hydration is a given, right? Nope. I began to experience shortness of breath and ended up in the ER. It was discovered I have diastolic heart failure. No other symptoms, I feel great but my heart isn't pumping as good at rest so fluids are pooling. No problem, at least not right away, just reduce fluid intake to no more than 1.5L and all is well. There is more than one reason people need to watch how much water they're drinking.
@tinacox9526 Congrats on the weight loss, 60 pounds, WDW! Have you ever heard of Juice Plus? Not a liquid, capsules, gummies, too, I think. WHOLE food nutrition. Seems expensive until you figure the cost, difficulty of buying all the fruits and vegetables needed for the same amount of nutrition. Plus work time lost because of illness, plus cost of cold medicine. I've been taking it for years, before covid. I seldom get a cold. 've known people who get a normal flu, who are in bed for 3 weeks. I have 2 days of little energy.
Unfortunately, all of the solutions on your platform are for rich people. That is ok, but can poor people have any hope of controlling health issues without access to supplements or non toxic food? I am trying, I really am, but there are situations in which one has very little chance of getting out of poverty, at least not quickly. Especially those who are already sick, overwhelmed, kids to care for as a single parent, etc. I really am not trying to make excuses!! I really want to reach my full potential, but this is a slow process. Is there anything to do in the meantime that will not cost money?

Thank you very for this information. Ive had a healthy organic diet (and active lifestyle) for many years, lots of veggies, good proteins and natural carbs (eaten in order for blood sugar) no alcohol, have quit coffee, good sleep, moderate exercise (Im 61 y F) and am still chronically dehydrated. I take the things that you mentioned but I never seem to get better. In blood tests my levels have all gotten better but my sodium is usually in the low side. I cannot figure it out. I’m going to try the 200 ml every 15 min to do the retraining and hope for the best because I truly don’t have anything else to change in my lifestyle. Thanks again.
It’s taken me 6 months to get rid of muscle weakness, nausea and a million other dehydration symptoms. This is after weeks of diarhea ridding heavy metals since I reacted to wheat/grains. For months water alone would totally bloat me. My tongue swelled all the time and honestly I didn’t get what was happening to me because I felt ZERO thirst. I still feel like trash mentally. So water with salt and coconut water is working but takes literally forever…it’s so unfunny. Can’t be sugar because I eat grain free and low carb. Must be low potassium and low salt. Honestly dehydration makes you feel so trash it ain’t funny!!

So I went downstairs and mixed my typical "It's 30C in the factory and I hate my life" drink in dang February; 1L water, 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
