Hey mate thx again for the comment.The passive there is the Trick Shots. By far the most important passive for MM especially for you AOE rotation. As for the tip,trying to cast as much Aimed Shots you can and always cast your rapid fire,cause every aimed shot have chance to reset your Rapid Fire.My tip especially on aoe fights, always begin with multi shot,so you can gain the passive TRICK SHOT , cause with trick shots the next aimed shot or rapid fire hits most of the enemies together. Lastly the crystals you asked are the Vailed Augment Rune
