Hi y’all ❤️. So today , this morning I got my FIRST period . So for them who didn’t got them yet I’m gonna tell you how I felt and how I feel right now . So I just wanted to go to toilet and then I saw blood 🩸, I knew it was my period . But I didn’t felt anything …so yeah . I told my mom and she gave me some help . Now it hurts a bit but you can totally support it . It’s normal to have them as a girl 👧. Good luck 😉 girls . ❤️❤️😙😙

I wrote some tips
Things like a warm pillow can help to numb the pain, but it doesnt for me. for me warm drinks like tea help better. every body is different so try what works for you
- cramps usually doesnt stay the whole period. for me they stay about 3 days, and they get better, so dont worry!
- be sure to have a variety of pads in different sizes for different stages of your period
- when your period ended, continue wearing small pads for like 2 days, there can always be a little rest
- when traveling, always pack a period kit, you can never know
- dont worry when your period comes late, instead wonder what the reason could be. i had my period dont come for over 5 months and when i started getting a normal sleep cycle again, i got it again
- get pads with wings. trust me the blood goes everywhere and pads with wings are my LIFESAVER
- always have good hygiene and clean the area with wet wipes or warm water after you change a pad
- dont let your period stop you, i went to an amusement park once with super bad cramps and still had fun. but if you are more comfortable lying in bed when you have bad cramps, thats totally okay, dont force yourself to anything
- sleep. it helps and its less time with cramps
- as someone who doesnt have a great relationship with my mom, talking about it with my friends always made me feel better about it
- have a period calendar so you know when your period comes
- educate yourself about periods, it makes you feel better and you gain more knowledge about your body
- get your vitamins, eat fruit, drink water, stay healthy

Who said that cramps don't stay whole period. I get cramps until I get free from periods. And mostly they are unbearable. Even sometimes I can't stand.
When I got my first period I think it was not that much pain full I feel nothing, no mood swings, no cramps, light flow. BUT when I get my second one I got to know what period means. THIS FEEL LIKE HELL😭😭

I got my period on February then I hid from my mom and then one day I leaked it on the couch and my had to clean it as fast as possible bc we had visitors coming
So every girl out there u should tell their mom the sooner the better☺️☺️

I started having discharge when I was eight, and periods when I was around twelve (US school system reference, 3rd grade and 6th grade). It scares me sometimes to think about it, but sometimes we get it or, or the other way around.
Periods are NORMAL and you’re not alone in all the pain and discomfort and frustration that comes with one.
The human body is a pretty crazy thing, it’s okay to be confused :)
