    Explaining some of these :
    Drying ur hair with towels can be damaging and make ur hair frizzy
    Only chewint on one side will make ur face unsymmetrical
    Again,washing ur hair daily can be damaging and will make ur hair dry nd thin
    Not using sun screen is damaging for the skin. If ur gonna use it,u will def see changes in ur skin
    Washing ur face with hot water can dry the skin nd its not ok. Do it with warm ish water
    Sitting with leg crossed can stop the blood from flowing
    Not changing ur pillow case can give u lots of pimples nd stuff bc its full of bacteria

      Using too much shampoo could again,damage and isnt healthy. Do 2 rounds of small shampooing
      When ur hairs wet,its very sensible so combing it isnt healthy.
      Over exfoliating isnt healthy for the skin
      Rubbing ur eyes is damaging
      Sleeping on ur side can make ur face asymmetrical and u may get more pimples on that side
      Not wearing sunglasses is also damaging for the eyes

    Actually, sleeping on your side is better because it has several health benefits. But sleeping on your back is not bad. It’s just that sleeping on your side has more benefits

    Some suggestions for other ways to sit if you like me and naturally cross your legs when sitting!
    - Cross just your ankles, it gives the same feeling as crossing your legs without stopping blood flow.
    - Having your legs together and leaning to one side or the other, this for some reason performs the same task as crossing your legs without stopping blood flow.
    Now these aren't a lot, but they have helped me a lot with not crossing my legs and maybe they can help someone else!❤

    Heres some of the 'bad' habits that i do
    (Dont call me weird)
    Not excercising
    Chewing on one side
    Combing my hair when its wet
    Wake up late(sometimes mostly not though)
    Licking my lips(not alot)
    Dont put on sunscreen (i dont own and im embarrassed to ask)
    Anyways yeah!

    Not using sunscreen (I don’t own sunscreen…)
    Sitting with crossed legs (it’s comfier)
    Picking at skin
    Combing wet hair
    Spending too much time on social media
    Not getting enough sleep
    Not having self confidence
    Comparing urself with others
    Doing for others but not u
    Rubbing eyes
    Sleeping on ur side instead of back
    Not drinking enough water
    Not wearing sunglasses outside (I’m not about to spend a few hundred dollars on sunglasses that let me see)
    Straining eyes
    Worrying and overthinking
    Not disciplined (I don’t do horrendous things to get disciplined, plus how does it “make u glow” if u do?)
    Call urself ugly
    Licking dry lips (I’m sorry)

      - normal to dry skin = sun bum or altruist face fluid sunscreen
      I have acne prone oily sensitive skin, i can only use a cheap mineral sunscreen called nevada because chemical sunscreen break me out
      - To drink more water you will have to start by reduce the sugar intake, choose juices that have less sugar and you will start to gravitate towards drinking more water because the low sugar in the juice makes drinking water less disgusting (i don't know how to explain it😅)
      - workout at night = sleep at might
      - worrying or overthing = be shameless, theirs someone out there doing worse than you but is doing it with confidence
      - licking dry lips = apply aloe vera gel from the plant, it bitter so it can reduce this habit
      - not discipline = start by adding small things in your calendar without timer. Also it makes you glow up because you will develop a routine and stop doing things without thinking; waking up in the morning and stretching, extracurricular activity etc. Laziness makes your health worse a.k.a your appearance will get worse
      All of these are from experience, I'm also going to start a health journey so lets do this

    I wash my hair daily and frankly, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it. I have tried to not wash my hair for longer, but after just one day, my hair gets greasy and I look like I just took a shower. I talked to my doctor about it he said that’s really nothing. I just have lots of oil. I tried perfecting it I used oils powders any hair product on the market but I just kind of came to a conclusion my hair just really looks better when I wash it every day there’s nothing wrong with it. I just have a Lotta oil. and I do not know about you, but I do not like the oily hair look and personally after I’m done, washing my hair and drying it, it’s super silky and very pretty so if you need to wash your hair every day, it’s not a bad thing 😊

    Actually, I do brush my hair before and after washing, because I have wavy hair,almost curly, and it’s easier to brush them when wet

    the only reason you should comb/brush your hair when its wet is if you have curly hair. I have curly hair so I have to brush it wet but if you have moderately straight hair, brushing your hair wet could be very damaging.

    Reasons:
    0:29 - washing your face with hot water damages and irritates your skin, and also makes it red. Use warm water instead, there is a difference between hot water and warm water.
    0:40 - picking your pimples and skin is also known as popping pimples. Popping pimples is not good, as it will just make the pimple more larger and red, it can also cause acne, which isn't good. To remove pimples, use some acne remover products, or just wash your face often. If you want to touch your face, make sure your hands are clean, don't touch your face frequently as it may can cause pimples.
    0:52 - when you don't change your pillowcase, it will get dirty and when you lie down in it, you have a chance of getting acne in your cheeks.
    0:59 - not studying will mostly affect your behaviour but not your look tho. You will become more bad - alike person if you do not study. You will slightly become dumb, and you will lose interest in it if you don't study, u might hate it, but its for your own good
    1:11 - most people should know about this, but just incase if u dont know, eating too much junk food can cause to excess gain weight and obesity, which is not good, since being overweight can lead to a lot of health issues or even worse.
    1:19 - combining your hair while its wet will make it change to have a weird hair texture when you touch it
    1:22 - spending too much time in social media will make you lose interest in many things which you can do in real life, and plus it damages your vision, it is also addicting
    1:41 - if you dont get enough sleep (you must get at least 7 hours of sleep) then it can cause a lot of sleep disorders, and it will reduce your life expentancy
    1:47 - sleeping with makeup can cause acne and lots of pimples, since you are wearing it for more than 7-8+ hours, it will also ruin your look in face. So just wash your face before going to bed
    1:53 - lack of exercise will make you lose your muscles and reduce your strength, so in dangerous situations you might even die because of not having enough strength or by not exercising
    2:11 - drinking too much alcohol or sodas can actually lead to death because of the amount of cocaine, and how dangerous alcohol is. Especially when your driving around
    2:24 - rubbing your eyes can cause itchness and redness, sometimes painful
    2:36 - being friends with toxic people can change your behaviour from good to bad, and they will force you to do things if you dont want to. In some situations, it can even be dangerous.
    2:41 - since makeup products contain chemicals, applying them too much can cause acne and huge pimples popping up in ur face, its ok to wear makeup, but only use it if ur going out, just not too daily and not too much, and dont use it excessively
    2:48 - not drinking enough water can cause dehydration, and to death. unless if you have aquagenic uriticia (an extreme rare condition where your allergic to water. only 42 ppl in this world has this.)
    2:53 - it can cause acne pimples blah blah blah
    3:06 - not only tiktok, but using phone in the dark. It ruins your vision by a lot
    3:13 - stress is actually one of the major reasons why people recieve pimples
    3:19 - not going to see sunlight can cause the deficiency of vitamin d and thus lots of health issues. especially if you are a vegan / vegetarian
    3:35 - not being disciplined can change your iq and your smartness
    3:47 - licking your lips too much will just make it even more drier. If you want to remove dry lips, just use lip balm instead, and remove it after some hours.
    3:53 - eating too much greasy food can cause excess weight
    anyway, I'm not saying all of the tips gaven by this channel is correct. I just wrote the ones which will be the side effects if you follow these bad habits.
    I'll tell tips which are incorrect only if this gets 10 like. and corrections too I'll also give

    my bad habits:
    rubbing my eyes
    not changing my pillowcases or bedsheets
    not cleaning my face
    not eating healthy-
    not having self love 🥲
    touching my face A LOT
    picking at acne and not having skin routines
    not wearing sunglasses (bc I have glasses)
    not wearing sunscreen much
    not getting enough sleep
    sleeping on my side or sleeping in ways that leaves my back sore
    not exercising
    I’m rlly young tho so I still have potential 🙏🏻🙏🏻

    just reminding that its ok to chew on one side, I have a medical condition, I have a cross and a under bite and my teeth don't fit on top of each other, I have to move my jaw very frequently because of it, and its quite hard for me to eat. sorry for my poor english, love y'all

    Tf bro I'm really trying my best to exercise!
